Haley Kalil, better known on social media as HayleeBaylee, has made a name for herself by oversharing. Sure, her career started off in modeling, but she’s transitioned into social media content creation and built a pretty big following. While her career pretty much requires her to share private details of her life with the public, one detail probably should have stayed private.
Back in November, Haley Kalil appeared on a livestream with Marlon. During the conversation, she revealed that her marriage to Matt Kalil ended because his penis was too big. She described his genetalia as, “two Coke cans on top of each other, maybe even a third.” Haley went on to say that she was a virgin when they married, and his oversized member led to significant strife in the bedroom.
The clip went viral, but Matt Kalil stayed mostly quiet about it, as he’s done since ending his marriage to his first wife way back in 2022. He’s letting his lawyers speak now, though.
Matt Kalil has filed a lawsuit against his first wife
While Matt Kalil stayed quiet about Haley Kalil’s comments after they were made, he’s taking action now. On Tuesday, Kalil filed a lawsuit against his former partner for invasive commentary. Matt, who retired from the NFL several years ago, argues that his ex-wife’s comments on his penis have undermined his attempt to keep his life private. He also alleges Haley has profited from the viral moment.
TMZ obtained a copy of the filing. In it, Matt Kalil calls the comments degrading. He is requesting $75,000 in damages. Haley Kalil told the same outlet that she’s shocked by Matt Kalil’s legal move. She is looking to have the case dismissed.
Matt Kalil is remarried; Haley Kalil remains single.
