Did Nina Dobrev Reveal Details About Her Breakup From Shaun White in a TikTok?
Just days before fans learned Nina Dobrev and Shaun White ended their engagement, she posted a TikTok video that’s been gaining a lot of attention. In the video, Dobrev lip-syncs to audio that fans now believe hinted at infidelity in the relationship. After their breakup, many fans have speculated that White cheated on Dobrev. Based on other social media posts, though, it doesn’t seem likely that the TikTok was about White.

On Sept. 5, Dobrev posted a TikTok of herself lip-syncing to audio.
“How do you sleep at night knowing people don’t like you? With no underwear, in case they want to kiss my a**,” she mouths.
The next bit of audio has sparked a great deal of online speculation.
“What’s your advice for women trying to fix their man?” the audio continues. “Listen, Bob the Builder, he’s got 10 other women trying to fix him too, and you all look like a damn construction crew.”
Fans think Nina Dobrev’s post is about Shaun White
After news of the split broke, fans have looked at the video in a new light. Many believe it is directed at White.
“That’s so messy,” wrote one Reddit user. “I love it.”
“Oh he cheated,” wrote another user.
In the video, Dobrev is seemingly bare-faced and wearing a sweatshirt. Some people wondered if her appearance hinted at heartbreak.
“Poor girly, looks like she’s been crying,” wrote one person. “I wish her the best. And f*** skeevy a**holes like SW!!”
Many people applauded her in the comments, assuming she ended the relationship after learning about White’s infidelity.
“Cheating is selfish and disrespectful. I’m glad she walked away!” wrote one person. “There is no reason that she should have to deal with that kind of behavior.”
Despite the speculation, it doesn’t seem likely that the post was directed at White. In an Instagram post from that same day, Dobrev shared pictures of herself and White in bed and on vacation in Greece. Still, her Instagram post from that day has a comment from a fan alleging that they saw White out with two women.
A source denied that infidelity led to their breakup
As rumors of White’s infidelity continue to circulate, a source close to the couple stepped forward to say they were loyal to each other throughout the relationship.
“There was no cheating at all during the course of their five-and-a-half-year relationship,” the source told Us Weekly.
They added that the speculation on social media is not based in fact.
“They were very loyal to each other,” the source insisted. “Any online speculation that suggests otherwise is ridiculous.”
Sources have said the two parted with a great deal of respect for one another. The reasons for their split are not clear at this time.
