According to Page Six, the grillz were designed by Johnny Dang & Co. and are made entirely of diamonds. The young West showed off the new addition while rocking a sweatsuit worth over $3,000. While the mouth embellishments are unique and lavish, it isn’t entirely unexpected. North has been getting wild gifts since she was barely old enough to understand what Christmas really was.

It isn’t the first custom item that the designer crafted for Kim Kardashian’s eldest child.
The bag was a completely custom creation by the designer, so there is no exact price tag attached to the item. Still, Alexander Wang is considered a luxury brand, with handbags retailing for $2,000. The custom creation featuring Kim’s crying face would certainly fetch a fair bit of money if sold to the masses. For now, though, North West has a one-of-a-kind purse, though we haven’t seen the preteen sport it in public since getting it as a gift.
