Kendall Jenner Breaks Silence on ‘Lesbian’ Rumors With Blunt Confession About ‘Having Fun With a Girl’
The latest season of The Kardashians has brought renewed attention to Kendall Jenner’s friendship with Cara Delevingne. Jenner addressed long-running rumors about their relationship, clarifying that they have never dated while joking that she would not rule out being with a woman.
Jenner was often rumored to be hiding her sexuality, especially due to her close bond with Delevingne. While the supermodel previously revealed that she is not interested in women, she did it again in the latest season of her family reality show. According to the Daily Mail, Jenner sat down with her fellow model to discuss the rumor.
She said, “We have been friends for a long time now – going on 11 or 12 years. She brought me under her wing – in a way – and made me feel really safe and welcome in the modeling world.” The 30-year-old then asked the Suicide Squad actress to clarify what their friendship meant to them. “We should address this. It’s because of our love for each other. People think I’m a lesbian to this day,” she shared before announcing, “I’m not.”
Delevingne smiled throughout the interaction. She then burst into laughter when Jenner revealed that she would not be opposed to having fun with another woman. During the scene, the two models also appeared to be flirting for a moment, with Jenner claiming that dating a woman would be easier.
She joked, “I have nothing against having s– with Cara. I just never had the desire to have s– with a woman.” Jenner further made Delevingne laugh by saying, “Never say never, right?” She also admitted that if she ever wanted to date a woman, it would be the 34-year-old.
Jenner later told in the personal interview that she heard of the rumor. “There’s definitely a rumor that [Delevingne] and I dated or something in the past, which is not true.” She further highlighted her bond with the fellow model, saying, “Not that I would have anything wrong with dating Cara, but we’ve just always been best buds.”
“I love Cara. She’s my sister, and that never happened,” she asserted. The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star added, “For the record, I think being a lesbian would be fun and amazing.”
Jenner’s admission came weeks after she confirmed her relationship with Jacob Elordi while stepping out in public together. The two were first linked months ago, but they kept their relationship a secret for quite some time. According to Page Six, the two have reached the stage where they are living under the same roof.
An insider revealed, “Things are going really well between them, but they’re not rushing into something that serious.” They further claimed that the Euphoria star has been living with Jenner. They got into the situation after Elordi had to leave his rented home.
He was staying at Jenner’s place as the two also looked for a place for him to buy. However, their situation is not what it looks like, the source urged. They revealed, “Kendall has been involved and gone with him to look at places, but it’s not because they’re planning to move in together or buy a house as a couple.” She is only helping him look for a place.
