Lewis Hamilton and Kim Kardashian have been making headlines with their romance for several months. The couple, who began dating earlier this year, have kept many details of their relationship private. However, the F1 star, in a rare moment, recently opened up about his bond with Kardashian’s kids and how he enjoys spending time with them.

According to the Daily Mail, Hamilton opened up about his relationship with Kardashian at the US Grand Prix in Austin. The F1 star and the beauty mogul have remained utterly quiet about their relationship. However, they do not shy away from publicly supporting one another. 

While sitting at a panel event at Circuit of the Americas, the F1 racer revealed how he loves all the kids in his life. He said, “My niece and nephew always gave me a lot of happiness.” He then mentioned Kardashian’s four kids whom she shares with her ex-husband, Kanye West. “My girlfriend’s kids, I love spending time with them,” he said, referring to North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm. 

The 41-year-old added that he also gave the four kids a new family member to play with. “She’s got four, so I’m getting to play with these kids. I got them a dog this year, so little Halo is a new member of that family,” he shared. 

Hamilton’s rare confession came a few days after Kardashian indirectly mentioned him in the latest season of The Kardashians. In the episode, she got a phone call from a mystery man. She did not reveal who she was dating at the time of filming. However, she shared some details with the viewers, revealing how happy she was.

When pressed to reveal the man’s name, Kardashian told the producers, “Oh, you guys are really trying to get this out of me.” She added, “Let me just say this – I am just really, really happy. That’s all I’ll say for now.”

Hamilton is the second person to enter Kardashian’s life after her divorce from West. Following the legal split, she briefly dated Pete Davidson. However, the ex-pair were caught up in a lot of drama, with the rapper publicly slamming and threatening the SNL alum. 

It has been several years since Kardashian parted ways with Ye. According to The Times, the SKIMS founder revealed what kept her away from dating. She shared, “I was really single for five years. And that felt great.” 

She added that she focused on her four children in the meantime. Kardashian said, “I could focus on my kids and projects that I really wanted to be involved with.” The mother of four noted that she did not feel any “rush” to date again. She confirmed her life was not “empty” after the divorce. 

It was time for herself that she wanted. “I wanted to completely heal and just work on myself. I wasn’t ready to open up. I really wasn’t even thinking about it,” the beauty mogul added. 

She then hinted at how her life completely changed after she put dating off the table for a long time. “The universe works in your favor when you just allow it to,” the reality star said.
