Corey Harrison is asking fans for money after a motorcycle accident

Corey Harrison has turned to the internet to solve a serious financial situation. Harrison launched a GoFundMe campaign to help him get back on his feet after a serious motorcycle accident. The former reality TV star claims he has just $400 in his checking account after paying over $100,000 in medical bills. He is seeking $18,000 to help him stabilize his finances. In the campaign notes, Corey explained that he’s no longer connected to Pawn Stars or the family business, and that his income and finances have been devastated by the accident.

Are Corey Harrison and Rick Harrison estranged?

The GoFundMe campaign has some fans questioning whether there is more going on between Corey Harrison and his father, Rick, than meets the eye. There were questions about the duo’s father-son connection earlier this year, when Corey missed both of his father’s weddings. While he initially suggested he was missing the wedding due to his injuries, Rick’s thoughts on his son’s plight seem to suggest there might be a rift.

TMZ caught up with Rick Harrison after Corey launched the GoFundMe campaign. While the reality TV star didn’t say anything bad, he also doesn’t seem interested in jumping in to help Corey out. He told the outlet that his son was a “grown man” and would live his life however he sees fit. Rick could probably afford to give his son the $18,000 he is seeking from the online community. After all, his business and reality TV paychecks ensure he lives comfortably as a millionaire, according to several sources.
