In news you’ve heard many times before, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have lost another employee.

This time, publicist Emily Robinson has quit. The Daily Mail reported that Robinson was also a former senior director of publicity at Netflix and previously worked on The Crown. She was appointed as director of communications in June to oversee media strategy for the Sussexes, but left the position in early October.

In the never-ending carousel of employees the couple goes through, Robinson is the 10th publicist to leave in just five years.

A friend of Robinson’s made it clear she was the one who decided to part ways with Harry and Meghan.

“It was her decision. She left a few weeks ago,” the insider said. “She’s not a quitter, so things must have been pretty horrible for her to go.”

The Duchess of Sussex has faced numerous allegations in the past that she is extremely difficult to work for, with former staffers describing her as a “dictator in high heels” and labeling her “a demon boss.”

A spokesperson for the prince and the former Suits star said: “Miss Robinson oversaw project-based work for a very successful season of With Love, Meghan and additional support for the production company. She did an excellent job and completed these projects with great success.”

Robinson’s LinkedIn account does not mention her employment with Harry and Meghan, but lists several other PR roles.
