Ray J Insists That He Still Thinks Kris Jenner and Kim Kardashian Engaged in Racketeering

Ray J might have been focusing on his battle with Princess Love for the last couple of weeks. Now he’s ready to refocus on Kim Kardashian and her mother, Kris Jenner. Amid his drama with his estranged wife, Ray J made time to file paperwork related to Kim and Kris’ lawsuit and his countersuit. It seems he is not interested in going down without a fight. Ray J insists that he stands by his assessment that his ex-girlfriend and her mother were involved in racketeering. He has come armed with examples, or so he says.

Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner filed a lawsuit against Ray J

Apparently, no one holds a grudge quite like Ray J. While he once dated Kim Kardashian and even appeared in her infamous sex tape, there is absolutely no love left between them. In October 2025, Kim Kardashian and her mother, Kris Jenner, filed a defamation lawsuit against the rapper. In the filing, Kris and Kim note that Ray J has repeatedly claimed that the Kardashian family is being investigated for racketeering. He has made the claim during media appearances, on social media, and during Livestream events. Ray J even once contended he was working with federal agents on the “investigation.” Kim and Kris contend that no such investigation exists. In their filing, they argue that the racketeering allegations are just the latest in a long line of false claims and harassment attempts.

After his famous ex and her mother filed a defamation lawsuit, he filed a countersuit. In his own filing, Ray J claims Kris and Kim both violated the terms of a prior settlement by discussing the sex tape he appeared in. He has since claimed he was defrauded by the pair, among other lofty allegations. In his most recent filing, he is doubling down on his claims that they have been involved in RICO activity.

Ray J says he has examples of racketeering

Ray J was recently working on his legal drama with Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner. He was apparently back at the courthouse, armed with information he believes proves that Kim and Kris have been involved in illegal activity. According to TMZ, Ray J has submitted court paperwork stating he is convinced that Kim and Kris are racketeers. Therefore, he theorizes, he didn’t defame them. He has reportedly asked a judge to toss their case.

In his filing, he claims the pair personally defrauded him. He went on to say he feels they have been running a racketeering ring for years, entirely unchecked. Ray J went on to allege that their “crimes” are worse than what Diddy was accused of. He did, however, admit he needed ChatGPT to help him better understand what racketeering is after he made the allegations on his very public social media pages. Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner have yet to respond.
