‘She Has Nothing to Lose’: Meghan Markle Plans ‘Streaming’ Revenge Against Prince William and Kate Middleton by ‘Spilling More Royal Secrets’
Meghan Markle is reportedly ready to hit back at Prince William and Kate Middleton. A royal insider told OK! Magazine that Markle thinks William had a say in Charles’ “decision to put her and Prince Harry in their place.” She also suspects Middleton “supported the move.”
The source also claimed Markle is ready to respond through future projects. “But she is now ready to take on William and Kate, and fight back against them by spilling even more royal secrets in her future streaming projects,” the insider said. The source added that Markle “thinks she has nothing to lose now.”
Markle also reportedly “believes she and Harry should respond more assertively to negative publicity.” This came after Charles reaffirmed the Sussexes’ status in a letter dated September 7, 2026. It described them as “private citizens with commercial and charitable interests.” The letter also stated that they “are no longer working Members of The Royal Family.”
Previously, according to a Closer Online source, “William was very instrumental in getting that letter out, he’s taking it as a big win.” The insider added, “The fact that His Majesty did allow that letter to go out gave William a lot of encouragement because he knows how badly it landed with Harry. It was a very obvious shot and incredibly embarrassing.”
Moreover, the rift between William and Harry doesn’t seem to be settling down. A tipster told The Daily Mirror, “There isn’t a world right now where the Prince of Wales can imagine repairing the relationship with his brother.” Harry and Markle stepped back from royal duties in January 2020. They hoped to split their time between the U.K. and North America while continuing their charity work.
Queen Elizabeth II supported their wish for a more independent life. By 2021, the couple had officially given up their roles as working royals. They no longer carried out official duties for the Queen or received public funding for those roles. Charles met Harry, Markle, their kids, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, at Highgrove House on July 10 this year.
It was the first time he had seen his grandchildren in person since 2022. Harry and Markle later returned to Britain in August after six years in California. Recently, Harry has also talked about wanting to fix things with his family. Speaking to GQ this month, he said, “Some people don’t want it to work out. I want it to work out.”
He added, “With everything else that’s going on in the world, the most important thing is to reconcile – that’s the key point.” Harry continued, “Look, scars stick around forever.” The Duke also spoke about moving on from past disagreements. A spokesperson later clarified that his comments weren’t meant to criticize William or other relatives.
Meanwhile, Markle has reportedly been reading “a lot of” scripts and considering different opportunities. However, she’s “being very careful to consider” her next step. Apart from acting, Markle has been promoting her As Ever products through Instagram content.
