Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Won’t Have Access to His Favorite Food in Prison
Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs just began his sentence at Fort Dix, a low-security prison in New Jersey. The mogul isn’t happy to be behind bars; he reportedly thought he would avoid prison time altogether. To make matters worse for him, one of his favorite foods isn’t available at the prison commissary. Here’s what he will be missing out on.

During Combs’ trial, his former employee, George Kaplan, testified that Combs frequently requested his employees to get him applesauce.
“Mr. Combs loves applesauce and eats it on the side or top of a lot of things,” Kaplan said, per People.
Combs reportedly used applesauce as a condiment on foods like cheeseburgers. In a 2018 appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, Combs described it as his favorite food. He said he almost always had applesauce nearby.
“Mott’s applesauce. The individual ones,” he said. “I travel with Mott’s, I have Mott’s in the dressing room.”
Unfortunately for Combs, applesauce might not be easy for him to access in prison. According to the Bureau of Prisons, the commissary does not offer applesauce for purchase. There’s no mention of it on breakfast, lunch, or dinner menus either.
