Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs allegedly made threats against Cassie Ventura’s parents

In Nash’s testimony, he alleged that Combs sought to control every aspect of Ventura’s life. Nash claimed Combs wanted Ventura to dress according to his tastes, be available whenever he contacted her, and get his permission before going out.

According to Nash, anytime Combs believed Ventura went against him, he would retaliate, often violently. Per The New York Post, Nash recalled an incident in which Combs “grabbed [Ventura] by the hair, pulled her off the couch, and started hitting her” because she hadn’t answered her phone.

Nash alleged that Combs also used threats against Ventura. He said he constantly heard Combs threatening and berating her. According to Nash, Combs told Ventura “that he would beat her a**. That he wouldn’t put her music out. That he would get her parents fired from her jobs and that he would send her sex tapes to their jobs.”

Nash claimed Combs’ threats weren’t just targeted at Ventura. When he couldn’t get a hold of her, he allegedly “would blow everyone’s phones up and threaten everybody” until he found her.

Combs’ trial is still ongoing. If convicted, he faces up to life in prison.
