Internet Star Alix Earle Reacts to Pic of Quarterback Jaxson Dart’s DMs Hours After She Split From Another NFL Player

Social media star and Dancing With the Stars Season 34 runner-up, Alix Earle, has just gone through a public breakup with Houston Texans wide receiver Braxton Berrios, and now a screenshot from an NFL star sliding into her DMs has gone viral.

Rumors had been swirling that Earle and Berrios’ relationship was in trouble when he failed to attend any of the live DWTS shows in which she was paired with professional dance partner Val Chmerkovskiy recently.

Earle shut down the breakup rumors by explaining that the athlete couldn’t make it to the shows in Los Angeles because of his football commitments in Texas. During the season finale on Nov. 25, Berrios did appear via a video message to congratulate his girlfriend.

But on Dec. 6, the two confirmed that they had called it quits and attributed their “amicable split” to the challenges of a “long-distance” relationship.

Fresh off their breakup, social media lit up after a screenshot began circulating of New York Giants quarterback Jaxson Dart sliding into Earle’s DMs. In what was described as Earle’s “Close Friends” Instagram Story, it appears that Dart is trying to shoot his shot, asking Earle about being single. The text over the photo reads, “It hasn’t even been 12 hours.”

But Earle didn’t write that or share any Story about the Giants’ signal caller reaching out to her. She reacted to the post on TikTok the next day.

“What is this fake photoshopped DM u guys are posting?” she demanded before setting the record straight, insisting, “1. That never happened. 2. That wouldn’t be on my story.”

Dart, meanwhile, has been linked to ring girl Marissa Ayers after she was spotted with the quarterback’s family watching the Giants take on the New England Patriots in Foxborough.
