Stefon Diggs Addressed Rumors That He and Josh Allen Are Enemies
Stefon Diggs and Josh Allen were a lethal duo when they played together on the Buffalo Bills. Since then, though, NFL fans have wondered if there is a rift between the two star players. Diggs left Buffalo after the 2023 season and moved on to the Houston Texans and, now, the New England Patriots. He addressed the rumors that he and his former teammate no longer get along.

When Diggs left the Bills for the Texans, people began to wonder if his explosive on-field dynamic with Allen had soured. Diggs referred to these rumors as “evil villain stories,” and said he didn’t want to give them air.
“If I feel targeted or I feel somebody’s saying something that’s wrong, can I say something? Yes. Will I say something? No. For what?” he asked GQ in 2024. “I don’t gain nothing from it. None of these people sign any check of mine.”
More recently, Diggs confirmed the respect he has for Allen as a player.
“Keep hanging your hat on that quarterback,” Diggs said in an interview. “That quarterback is a Hall of Fame [QB]… I do have a lot of love and respect for that team.”
Allen said he feels the same way.
“I’ve got nothing but love and respect for Stef,” Allen said, per Sports Illustrated. “Some of the plays he made for us and even continues to make now, I was watching, I think the Texans game, where he caught a little short post in the end zone — hands caught it. The dude is an unbelievable football player.”
Diggs will play in his first-ever Super Bowl on Feb. 8. The Bills were eliminated in the AFC Divisional Round.
