Taylor Swift has a new reason to celebrate as her single “Opalite” has reached No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100.

The singer took to social media to gush about the track and gave fans a behind-the-scenes look at the filming of the “Opalite” music video.

“Just a few ‘Opalite’ memories to celebrate the Hot 100 #1 you guys just got this song!!” Swift captioned the clip, adding, “I can’t even sum up my excitement and I’m so blown away by the love you’ve shown this song and video. To put this into perspective … This is actually the first time I’ve had two Hot 100 #1s off of one album since my album 1989 came out in 2014.”

Now, fans are hoping they’ll see Swift onstage in a few days as she could perform at the 2026 BRIT Awards. Rumors have been swirling that the pop superstar is going to give a surprise performance at the ceremony.

Betway spokesperson Lewis Knowles broke down the chances of Swift performing at the awards show, telling Showbiz Cheat Sheet, “With odds of 4/5 (55%), Taylor Swift is firmly in contention to make a headline-grabbing return to the BRIT Awards stage. The move to Manchester’s Co-op Live adds an extra layer of excitement this year, and a surprise performance from another of the world’s biggest artists would certainly mark the occasion in style!”

Someone who is confirmed to be performing at the ceremony is Swift’s ex-boyfriend, Harry Styles. He’s set to debut new music from his upcoming album, Kiss All The Time. Disco, Occasionally, which is set to be released on March 6, 2026.
