Teresa Giudice Dismisses ‘RHONJ’ Filming Rumors: ‘I Would be Out There’
It has been more than a year since The Real Housewives of New Jersey ended its 14th season with a watch party. The watch party, a last-minute decision when it became clear a traditional reunion special would not fly, felt like an end. Andy Cohen believed it did. Since then, Bravo has put a pin in the series and refuses to answer questions about its future. Still, leaks suggest that the series will return, and at least some of the previous cast will be back. The most recent chatter suggests one catty housewife is being left out in the cold. Rumors are swirling that the RHONJ cast is filming without Teresa Giudice. She recently addressed those stories. Giudice insists it isn’t true. She claims that there is no way The Real Housewives of New Jersey would go on without her.
Teresa Giudice says if ‘RHONJ’ filming was taking place, she’d be there
Teresa Giudice insists you can’t believe everything you hear, especially when it comes to the cast of The Real Housewives of New Jersey filming without her. While rumors are swirling that several cast members have been spotted filming with new talent, Guidice insists it is not true. Entertainment Tonight caught up with Giudice to discuss her involvement in Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test, but RHONJ came up, too.
The outlet asked Giudice about the filming rumors. She scoffed, insisting that nothing was being filmed yet, and, if it was, she’d be “out there.” She went on to insist that unless there are actual pictures or Bravo speaks out, it isn’t true. Still, she didn’t share any concrete plans for the show’s future. She suggested that anyone interested in that information should DM Andy Cohen. Andy Cohen surely has insider information. Still, we doubt he’s happy with Giudice after she suggested people clog up his DMs for answers. After all, he sort of already gave one.
Bravo has kind of spoken out, though
While Teresa Giudice is adamant that Bravo is not filming The Real Housewives of New Jersey without her, there has been news about the series. While the network has not yet offered an actual cast list, Andy Cohen did reveal that big news was coming soon and that casting decisions were mostly ironed out.
He made the admission during an episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen. When cornered by a guest, Matt Rogers, Cohen conceded that they were “getting close” to a final casting decision on RHONJ. He refused to say more, but promised news was coming. Since then, he’s gone quiet again. Fans largely suspect a big announcement might be coming at BravoCon. BravoCon is being held in November, which means we still have a couple of months to wait for an answer. We wonder if Teresa will learn her fate then as well.
