Who Is WNBA Rookie Aneesah Morrow’s Boyfriend, Camden Brown?
Aneesah Morrow had a storied collegiate career before declaring for the WNBA Draft.
She initially played for DePaul University in 2021, where she was the USBWA National Freshman of the Year and Big East Freshman of the Year. Morrow was also named a second-team All-American by Sports Illustrated and the Associated Press, becoming the first All-American in program history. In 2023, she transferred to Louisiana State University to play for the Tigers and continued to shine on the court.
Following her senior season, Morrow won the Katrina McClain Award as the top power forward in the country.
In April 2025, she declared for the WNBA Draft and told TMZ Sports that whichever team she ended up going to was going to get “somebody that’s gonna come in and work hard every day. I’m going to work hard to get on the boards, be able to rebound/defend.”
She added, “I really want to go somewhere where my style of play fits. Fast pace. Fast offense. Being able to switch defensively and just being able to make an impact.”
Morrow was selected by the Connecticut Sun with the seventh overall pick in the first round of the WNBA Draft. Now, fans want to know as much as they can about the rising women’s basketball star, including who she’s in a relationship with. Here’s more about Morrow and her boyfriend, Camden Brown.
How long have Morrow and Brown been dating
Morrow was born on Feb. 2, 2003, in Chicago. She began playing basketball at a young age and attended Simeon Career Academy. During her freshman year, she helped lead the Wolverines to their first city championship. After graduation, she enrolled in DePaul.
It’s unclear when exactly Morrow and Brown started dating, but their appearances together on social media show that they began seeing each other sometime in college. Because they went to different universities and later transferred to separate schools, it appears their relationship was long-distance.
Brown is an athlete as well
Morrow’s beau is an athlete as well. He plays wide receiver for the Georgia Southern Eagles football team.
Brown was born on May 6 in Monroe, Louisiana, to parents Deionne Honeycutt and Alandee Brown. He is one of five siblings. Brown attended St. Thomas Aquinas High School in Ft Lauderdale, Florida, and helped the team capture its third straight state title. In 2022, he enrolled in Auburn University to play for the Tigers. Two years later, the 6-foot-3 wideout announced his decision to enter the transfer portal.
“First and foremost, I want to thank Auburn University for giving me the opportunity to live out my dream of playing college football at the highest level,” Brown posted on social media at the time. “I am extremely thankful for the leadership abilities and expertise I have acquired while studying at Auburn University. I want to give a big thanks to my family for the love and encouragement.
“After reflecting on my decision and consulting with my loved ones, I want to express gratitude to the coaching staff, administration and fans. To the guys (past and present), I couldn’t have asked for a better group over these last three years. I’m blessed to know that I have made friendships and connections that will last a lifetime, and for that I’m grateful. With that being said, I will be entering the transfer portal.”
He then committed to Georgia Southern.
The couple that does TikTok videos together stays together

One clip that had fans gushing was after Morrow was drafted, and Brown surprised her with a bouquet of flowers. The couple could be seen smiling as they posed for a photo, and a blushing Morrow captioned the video, “I love you, Camden Brown,” with a purple heart emoji.
