Who Is Yankees Shortstop Anthony Volpe’s Rumored Girlfriend Elle Jowett?
New York Yankees shortstop Anthony Volpe hasn’t been having a very good season. His fielding and batting average have been subpar, and fans let the New Jersey native hear about it with boos on more than one occasion.
Recently, Volpe made headlines when the club’s manager, Aaron Boone, revealed that the 2023 Gold Glove winner has been playing through a partial labrum tear since May. The athlete reaggravated it multiple times and has since been receiving cortisone injections. But that’s not the only reason Volpe’s name has been in the news. He also had people buzzing when he was spotted attending an event with a mystery blonde. Well, the identity of Volpe’s date is a mystery no more.

Where Volpe and Jowett were first spotted together
On Sept. 8, Volpe attended a silent auction hosted by the Carlos Rodón Foundation. Each year, Rodón and his wife hold the gala and invite several of his Yankees teammates and other professional sports stars. The charity raises funds to help aspiring parents who are struggling to have children.
This event took place at the Delamar Greenwich Harbor in Greenwich, Connecticut, and after posing for photos, the snaps of Volpe and his date went viral.
The woman Volpe is seen with is Elle Jowett. She rocked a blush colored dress with cutouts to the event and the ball player donned a tuxedo.
Jowett is originally from Maine and moved to New York City in 2023. It’s not clear how long she and Volpe have been seeing each other, but she is friendly with several other Yankees WAGS, and there are rumblings linking Jowett to Volpe as early back as May.
