The ‘A Million Little Things’ Season 4 Episode 17 preview opens with Rome and Regina

The A Million Little Things preview for next week begins with Rome (Romany Malco) heading to teach as a professor at Sussex Prep School. However, Regina (Christina Moses) distracts him by pulling on his tie and asking to be homeschooled. Rome tries to role-play back, but the whole thing is awkward, and they laugh about it. Viewers primarily want to get to the details about who killed Peter Benoit. However, a storyline emerges about Rome’s difficulty on his first day of teaching an elective art course at the high school.

“Rome struggles to connect with an impressionable group of young artists,” the ABC synopsis for A Million Little Things Season 4 Episode 17 reads.

The ‘A Million Little Things’ preview for next week suggests that Anna killed Peter

After a scene where Maggie (Allison Miller) and Gary (James Roday Rodriguez) receive devastating news (more about that below), Detective Saunders appears at Eddie’s door. In the preview for next week’s episode of A Million Little Things, the detective asks Eddie to corroborate Anna’s alibi for the day of Peter’s death.

“I’m wrapping up the investigation into the death of Peter Benoit,” Detective Saunders says to Eddie. “You were with Anna Benoit at a music convention the day it happened. Is that right?”

Then the preview ends, and fans are left wondering what he’s about to reply. However, several fans believe that it’s too obvious to assume that Anna killed Peter.

“I don’t think Anna killed her ex-husband,” one fan wrote in the comments of the YouTube trailer. (If she did, it’s a little too easy. The writers ran out of ideas). I would feel sorry for Eddie if everything he’s been rebuilding in his life ends up falling apart again. I know he made mistakes, mostly with Katherine, but he’s not a bad person. He also deserves to be happy.”

The ending to A Million Little Things Season 4 Episode 16 alluded to Anna killing Peter. She didn’t answer Eddie’s calls all day and then acted strange when he arrived at her house. However, all of these little clues, and now the preview for next week, might be a massive red herring. Eddie begins to worry that Anna had something to do with Peter’s death. But, it might be something completely different.

Maggie and Gary receive bad news in the ‘A Million Little Things’ Season 4 Episode 17 promo

In another clip of the A Million Little Things preview for next week, Gary films another appointment with their fertility doctor. After a cancer scare in A Million Little Things, Maggie and Gary decided to try to have a baby together sooner than they had planned. However, the physician doesn’t have good news for the couple.

“Unfortunately, you guys aren’t pregnant,” he tells Maggie and Gary.

Maggie looks very disappointed. However, it was their first attempt trying to conceive, so it seems like this will be an ongoing storyline.
