We all know that pop superstars make millions — and Adam Levine, the frontman of Maroon 5, is no different. For years, Maroon 5 has been topping the charts with hit after hit. And now that they’re set to do the 2019 Super Bowl halftime show, we’re sure all of the band members will be raking in even more cash than ever before.

Levine has made a name for himself with Maroon 5 ever since the early 2000s. Though the band’s first album, Songs About Jane, didn’t receive the best response from audiences overall, the band was catapulted to fame with the infamous “This Love” and “Harder to Breathe” — both of which have become radio staples since their 2002 release. The hit singles after that, like “She Will Be Loved” and “Sunday Morning” helped keep Maroon 5 in the spotlight for years. The band has since produced several hit albums since, with the most recent being Red Pill Blues in 2018.

Levine can thank most of his fame and fortune on Maroon 5 nowadays, but before he hit it big in the music business, he was also working behind-the-scenes on TV. Celebrity Net Worth notes the star was a writer’s assistant on the series Judging Amy. It was around this same time that he began writing songs for Maroon 5’s debut album as well (which were all about his now ex-girlfriend, Jane).

Since Maroon 5’s success, Levine has also gone on to guest sing on several other albums, which also helped raise his net worth significantly (and featuring artists like Cardi B, Kendrick Lamar, and Future has likely helped Maroon 5’s album sales in recent years, too). Thus far, Maroon 5 has sold over 30 million albums worldwide, which includes 10 million in the U.S., since their debut album hit stores. And of course, concerts have also been a huge cash cow for the entire band.

We can’t forget about The Voice when it comes to Levine’s net worth, either. Biography notes he joined the cast in 2011 as a coach for the rising stars on the show, and he’s been a favorite from many for several seasons.

Overall, Levine is doing quite well. His total estimated net worth is between $60 and $90 million.

How much does The Voice pay him?

While Levine makes plenty of money thanks to Maroon 5’s hits, his several seasons on The Voice have added millions to his net worth. He’s been a coach since Season 1, and while he may not remain a coach for too many more seasons, he’s certainly left his mark with audiences and pop star hopefuls alike. The Wrap says judges like Blake Shelton and Levine make around $13 million per season, and Money Nation reports as of 2016, Levine made around $50 million from the show and endorsements.

While Levine makes plenty, it seems he’s not the judge with the highest net worth, however. Blake Shelton, Gwen Stefani, and Christina Aguilera all out-earn him.

Whether Levine stays with NBC’s hit show or not, we’re sure he has plenty to provide for his family. And now that he has two daughters, it’s quite possible he’ll bow out due to family reasons. It’s also interesting to note that his wife, Namibian supermodel Behati Prinsloo, has a net worth of around $3 million, too. Together, we doubt they’ll ever be hurting for cash.
