Ayesha Curry Says She Feels Most Beautiful at a Surprising Time of the Day
Ayesha Curry, wife of Golden State Warriors point guard star Steph Curry, is known not only for her basketball wife status and business savvy but also her beauty. Here’s what she said about the surprising time of day she feels most beautiful.
Ayesha Curry isn’t afraid to experiment in the kitchen
Food isn’t the only thing cooking in Curry’s kitchen. She told O, The Oprah Magazine, she also likes to use her kitchen to create new beauty treatments. Coconut is one of her favorite ingredients. “I’ve dabbled in homemade hair masks with mayonnaise or avocado,” she told the publication. “Oh, and I use coconut for everything! A lot of the time, what goes in your body can go on your body in one form or another.”
Curry was first introduced to cooking during her childhood. She tells O magazine she comes from a large Jamaican family and food is a big part of her upbringing. “I grew up in a big Jamaican household in Canada,” says Curry. “Some people don’t realize it, but there’s a huge Caribbean culture there. My mom and grandma were always feeding everybody and I loved the way food brought people together.”

Many would agree that Ayesha Curry is a beautiful woman. She shared with O magazine the time of day she feels most beautiful, and you might find it surprising. She reveals she feels beautiful during her children’s bedtime. This is a time when most people are feeling stressed and anything but beautiful, but for Curry, the opposite is true for her.
“Honestly, it’s during my kids’ bedtime routine. I feel like a supermom, especially when I’m putting my son to bed and he’s giggling,” Ayesha told O magazine. “The joy on his face is really special, and those moments make me feel beautiful and powerful.”
How did Ayesha and Steph Curry meet and how many children do they have?
Steph and Ayesha Curry first met in 2002 when they were teenagers at a church youth group. The couple began dating in 2008 and were married in 2011. As of this writing, they have three children together. Steph is vocal about his love and admiration for his wife.
In 2016, when he gave a speech after receiving the first unanimous MVP award in NBA history, he made a heartfelt tribute to his wife. “You’re my backbone,” said Steph to Ayesha. “You allow me to do what I do, to focus on basketball and my career and still have a family.
