Beyoncé and Jay-Z have been together for several decades and have welcomed three children. While the pair, who first started dating in the early 2000s, is one of the most famous couples in the world, fans don’t know everything about their personal lives.

Beyoncé and Jay-Z prefer to remain out of the spotlight when they aren’t performing. They rarely allow glimpses into their home or family life. Still, for super-fans who have a few extra million dollars lying around, there is a rare opportunity to own a historic piece of Beyoncé and Jay-Z memorabilia.

Beyoncé and Jay-Z are the ultimate power couple

Beyoncé and Jay-Z were already at the top of their respective games when they joined forces in the early 2000s. The former Destiny’s Child singer was just a teenager when she fell for Jay-Z, an established rapper. Beyoncé and Jay-Z tied the knot in 2008 in an ultra-private ceremony.

In the years since their union, the couple has expanded their family to include three children. They have an eldest daughter named Blue Ivy and girl-boy twins, Rumi and Sir Carter. They’ve also expanded their business empire to astronomical proportions, between music ventures and multiple business holdings.

Jay-Z has earned a reputation as a shrewd businessman, investing in everything from tech to the sports world. Together, Beyoncé and Jay-Z like to drop serious cash on things that matter to their family, including several super-expensive homes.

Beyoncé and Jay-Z recently listed their fabulous New Orleans mansion

In 2015, Beyoncé and Jay-Z bought a home in New Orleans. The property, built in the mid-1920s, according to Yahoo News, is 13,300 square feet and features seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms, along with an incredible rooftop garden.

In late October, the couple put their New Orleans home on the market, with an initial asking price of $3.5 million. They bumped the price up to $4.45 million after just one week on the market.

It is unknown if the couple ever lived in the extravagant home, known as La Casa de Castille. The Spanish Baroque-style residence is fit for a superstar. Even though a fire occurred at the property early in 2021, the listing doesn’t mention any significant damage. For fans of Beyoncé and Jay-Z, purchasing the New Orleans home offers a unique opportunity to live like the ultra-famous couple.
