Following last year’s footsteps, Big Brother 23 is slated to include a live move-in with the Live Feeds starting up shortly after the Pacific Standard time airing of the premiere episode. Last month, host Julie Chen Moonves revealed the house would have a beach club theme but didn’t note how it would tie into the season’s twists.

On Jun. 16, CBS and the host unveiled the logo of BB23, exciting fans for the official premiere occurring in three weeks. Shortly after the logo reveal, avid viewers noticed Wikipedia updated their Big Brother 23 page to include the first week’s episodes. Due to the number of episodes during Week 1 and the days they air, many viewers suspect the premiere night will end with a houseguest becoming Head of Household.

The theme of ‘Big Brother 23’ is ‘BB Beach Club’

Since BB6, the Big Brother house has a theme that usually goes along with the season’s twist. It started with the House of Secrets, in which each contestant unknowingly competed alongside someone else they knew in the outside world.

The most recent season featuring new houseguests, BB21, followed a camp concept. One of the twists involving the theme happened on the first day when houseguests immediately voted for a Camp Counselor to “banish” four castmates.

Additionally, they underwent “prank week,” a few houseguests chosen by the viewers competed in a “field trip” that yielded punishments, and the group slept in cabin-themed rooms.

Finally, last season included a cast filled with returning houseguests and an “All-Stars” theme that featured quotes, pictures, and unforgettable moments from past previous players adorning the house.

An HOH will likely be crowned during ‘BB23’ premiere

Although not confirmed by CBS yet, a popular spoiler account claims viewers will “meet” the season 23 cast around Jun. 30, with the highly anticipated house reveal taking place a week later. Hosted by Julie Chen Moonves, BB23 premieres on Wednesday, July 7, with a 90-minute episode that includes a live move-in.

Additionally, viewers do not have to wait the usual several days for the Live Feeds to begin, as they can log in and watch shortly after the Pacific Standard Time airing. Shortly after CBS revealed the upcoming season’s logo, fans noticed an update on BB23’s Wikipedia page showing the episode dates for the first week.
