Big Brother stars Derrick Levasseur and Cody Calafiore became close friends following their time on season 16 together. The two formed an iconic and often duplicated duo, The Hitmen, toward the beginning of the competition and pledged allegiance to each other. It paid off as Cody chose to sit next to Derrick in the final two seats, over someone he could’ve easily beat, and ended up losing to his ally. He returned for the second All-Stars, featuring all returning houseguests, season 22, and pledged not to make the same mistake, which resulted in him taking home the win with a perfect game. The former allies and longtime friends have teamed up for an upcoming joint YouTube channel where they’ll discuss everything BB23 related.

Derrick Levasseur and Cody Calafiore aligned during ‘Big Brother 16’

In 2014, Derrick Levasseur and Cody Calafiore were a part of several large alliances, including The Bomb Squad and The Detonators.

However, they formed the duo The Hitmen at the beginning of the competition and promised to take each other until the end.

They both ended making it to finale night, and Cody won the final Head of Household competition, giving him the sole vote to evict Derrick or Victoria Rafaeli, a player he would’ve easily won over.

Memorably, Cody chose to sit next to his ally and lost. The two remained close friends following the season.

Cody returned for ‘BB22’

Seven years later, Cody returned for the second All-Stars season. He secretly teamed up with Nicole Franzel and Enzo Palumbo and got into several alliances for protection, including the dominating Committee.

The latter kept him safe after winning the first Head of Household competition, and under the radar, until the triple eviction when he won several competitions to guarantee his safety.

His remaining allies, who considered him their number one, and his competition wins, secured the returning player a spot in the finale.

Again, Cody won the last Head of Household, but he chose the victory over the loyalty, choosing to sit next to Enzo over Nicole. Managing to make it to the end without getting nominated for eviction and receiving every vote to win, Cody played a perfect game.

Derrick and Cody team up for new YouTube channel

A week before the Big Brother 23 premiere, Cody and Derrick created a joint YouTube channel, “The Winner’s Circle.”

Using a Hitmen logo for the account, the two will likely post videos discussing the new cast members, recap moments from Live Feeds and weekly episodes, and might host interviews following evictions.

As they have both won the competition, they’ll bring their expertise to assess the cast, their gameplay, and who will likely take home the title. The duo has yet to post a video and doesn’t have anything in the “about” section detailing what the channel will entail.

However, Cody has already begun promoting the new channel across his various social media platforms. Currently, the account has 132 subscribers. Big Brother 23 premieres Wednesday, July 7, at 8/7 Central on CBS.
