When Mark and Cassie walk in together things are a bit awkward. However, they jump into the missing Richard Ford (Dallas Roberts) case. Richard’s son died in Big Sky Season 2 Episode 14, and the father went missing in the following episode.

The coronors report came back on Wolfgang Legarski (John Caroll Lynch), so Mark has to go make a statement. Cassie and Mark comment that Scarlet and Phoebe are “still out there,” so it sounds like viewers might see them soon. Jerrie and Cassie follow a lead on Richard’s SUV. Then Cassie awkwardly asks Jerrie about the Mark kiss. Jerrie insists she’s fine with everything.

When Mark returns from the coronor’s office, he reveals that he’s found Scarlet. Jerrie and Mark head to Idaho together to track down Scarlet and Phoebe.

She requests that the police department stop their investigation and points out that their warrant is all “made up.” Alicia threatens a civil lawsuit against the department.

The trucker, Bryce, finds Tonya (Jamie-Lynn Sigler) to get paid and offers to take other drug runs. However, while he’s there, Richard shows up to speak to the person in charge. He wants to speak to a Bhullar, but the truck driver scares him off. Meanwhile, Jerrie and Cassie discover Richard’s SUV. Jenny confronts the truck driver to try to get more information to prove the drugs are at the Bhullar ranch.

Ren gives Tonya a new coat and boots; however, while they are talking, Tonya realizes someone has moved a few things on her desk. Viewers know that it was the trucker CI who is working for Jenny. In the last few minutes of the episode, Tonya confronts Bryce about stealing a shipping manifest. When he claims to have no idea what she’s talking about, Donno comes out of hiding. Bryce admits that Jenny Hoyt busted him, so Tonya kills him and adds Bryce to the long list of people killed in Big Sky Season 2.

In another scene, Travis begs Ren to speak to her father because killing Jenny is not a great idea. He mentions the waitress in Seattle again and Ren gets suspicious. Later, Ren talks to Jag about forcing their father out of the business because he’s not making sound decisions. They change the shipping routes after finding Bryce was the CI and appoint Travis to work with Donno and Tonya.
