Eilish told Elle what she thinks the reason is: “People are scared of big boobs.” She said she thinks people have certain preconceived notions of her personality and character, and that the corset picture didn’t align with those fans’ ideas about her. It is for these reasons that Eilish tends to avoid excessive social media use, admitting, “When people send me something mean, it hurts my soul.”
