Sean is the son of Danny and the late Linda Reagan and the grandson of Frank Reagan. Henry is his great grandfather. Sean also has a brother named Jack and a cousin named Nicky. Sean recently learned he has another cousin named Joe Hill, the son of his late uncle, Joe Reagan.

Sean discovered this mystery cousin during Blue Bloods Season 10, Episode 19 (titled “Family Secrets”). At the beginning of the episode, Sean visits Frank’s office. This is an unplanned visit because Sean has some big news to break to Frank.

After doing a DNA testing project for school, Sean discovers he has another first cousin. Neither Frank nor Sean could figure out where this person came from who the parent could be. However, they eventually learn that Joe Hill is the son of Frank’s late son, Joe Reagan.

Sean Reagan is played by actor Andrew Terraciano. His real-life brother, Tony, plays the character Jack Reagan. Andrew also has a twin sister named Molly. Terraciano has been playing Sean on Blue Bloods since the show began in 2010 when he was just 6 years old (Tony was 8 years old at the time). He has also appeared in a 2014 short film titled Rogue Assistant.

Terraciano told CBS during a 2016 interview that fame hasn’t changed his life that much. He still spends time with his friends in his hometown of Pelham, New York. “Me and my friends, we really all do the same thing except I’m out once a week and I just have to kind of catch up on homework,” he told the news station.

The Blue Bloods actor and his brother began their entertainment career at just 6 months old when they began modeling, reports CBS. Their mother was instrumental in getting them started. She took her sons to acting auditions when they became older.
