BTS’ song ‘Butter’ has dominated the Billboard Hot 100
BTS released “Butter” on May 21, and the song is the group’s second English-language single. “Butter” debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100, becoming the band’s fourth No. 1 on the chart.
Since BTS dropped the song, “Butter” has spent six consecutive weeks on the Hot 100. Previously, BTS’ first English-language single and first No. 1 song on the Hot 100, “Dynamite,” spent three non-consecutive weeks at No. 1.
With BTS’ upcoming appearance on The Tonight Show, it is clear the septet’s domination in the U.S. is not slowing down.
