Jimin is a singer and dancer in the boy band, BTS

He’s so lovely, you’re so lovely. Jimin is one of the seven “lovely” members of BTS. Aside from appearing on group songs like “Life Goes On” and “Boy With Luv,” Jimin appears on several solo tracks, released in conjunction with BTS.

For Map of the Soul: 7, that was “Filter.” For Love Yourself: Her, that was “Serendipity.” With over seven years of being a member of BTS, Jimin shared several fun facts about himself. That includes one “lucky charm” that he owns.

What is BTS’ Jimin’s good luck charm?

Whether they’re performing on stage or in a music video, the BTS members are known for pushing the boundaries of fashion. In 2019, Vanity Fair released its annual list of the “Best Dressed” celebrities. BTS made the list, answering questions about their style and accessories as a result.

Jungkook shared that the key to great style is to wear anything you like “regardless of gender.” J-Hope listed Travis Scott and Pharrell Williams as style icons. Jimin answered a question about his good luck charm. That was a gift from his mother.

“A two-dollar bill from my mother,” the idol said. Not much is known about Jimin’s parents. However, Amino Apps reports that Jimin is the oldest son in his family. The singer-dancer has one younger brother, named Park Jihyun.

Jin jokingly shared his good luck charm with the BTS ARMY

Jimin isn’t the only BTS member with a lucky charm. During one interview with People, the performers were asked the same question. The oldest member of the group, Jin, said his charm was, “his face.” RM and Suga burst out laughing.

He’s not exactly wrong. This performer earned the nicknames “Worldwide Handsome Jin” and “Car Door Guy” because of his good looks. When it comes to accessorizing, though, the BTS members aren’t afraid to try new hairstyles, nail designs, and jewelry.

For Jimin, that means dying his hair different colors. The “Boy With Luv” music video brought pink locks. For the 2020 Grammy Awards, he sported blonde hair. To ring in the Map of the Soul: 7 era, he had blueish hair in promotional pictures.

The “Dynamite” music video is now available on YouTube. Music by BTS, including their recently released album, Map of the Soul: 7, is available for streaming on Spotify, Apple Music, and most major platforms.
