BTS is booked and busy, and after an unplanned mini-hiatus due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, fans couldn’t be more thrilled. Jin, V, RM, Suga, J-Hope, Jungkook, and Jimin have a ton of things on their plate already this year. They are gearing up for the release of their new Japanese album, they are launching a meal with McDonald’s, and they just announced a partnership with Louis Vuitton.

While fans are used to seeing the guys switch up their style, no one expected to see Jungkook’s hair move from hot blonde to a lavish purple so quickly.

From the Louis Vuitton announcement to the purple hair, BTS’ ARMY is feeling faint.

What is Jungkook’s natural hair color?

Jungkook’s natural hair color is black, as are most of BTS’s members. However, he’s never been afraid to go in another direction. During a Buzzfeed interview, BTS spoke about why they love dying their hair and they gave some insider details on their favorite hair colors.

Jungkook revealed that his all-time favorite color is his natural black hue, but he isn’t afraid to try new things. So far, we’ve seen the singer sport everything from brownish-red to purple-brown and blonde.

Jungkook has dyed his hair many times

Though he’s dyed his entire head in the past, Jungkook has also chosen to dye just the tips of his hair. He’s had blue and red tips in the past, and he tends to lean into certain colors for certain eras or performances.

He’s also has a long hair phase in the past. However, he cut his hair once it became too unruly to deal with in between practices and performances. Also, the constant color changes had also done some damage to his hair.

Luckily, this hasn’t deterred Jungkook from coloring his shorter tresses.

Jungkook’s new purple hair has the BTS ARMY feeling faint

Jungkook has unexpectedly debuted a new purple hairstyle, and the BTS ARMY was unprepared for how iconic he looks. Louis Vuitton just announced RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook as their latest ambassadors. “Becoming global brand ambassadors for Louis Vuitton is a truly exciting moment for us,” BTS said in a statement.

Shortly thereafter, Louis Vuitton’s artistic director Virgil Abloh posted an Instagram story of BTS, and fans couldn’t get over the guys’ new looks. Jungkook’s hair is completely purple. J-Hope is now the blonde of the group. Meanwhile, Suga, Jin, and V have all grown out their hair. RM and Jimin both sported hats in the picture.

The ARMY has declared this a signal of a new era of BTS, one that reminds them of the group’s “Dope” era. Fans are also hoping this means we can expect BTS’ comeback that is rumored to happen just before the 2021 Billboard Music Awards, which will air on Sunday, May 23.

If nothing else, we think BTS’s partnership with Louis Vuitton means we’re going to see a lot more fashion and style from the guys.
