V is an award-winning artist, known for his “soulful” voice and impressive dance moves. However, several artists in BTS make group songs extra challenging, according to the singer.

Here’s what V said about Jimin’s addition to the Be (Deluxe Edition) track, titled “Fly to My Room.”

V is one of the singers in the award-winning K-pop group, BTS

He’s a singer, dancer, songwriter, and photographer. V is one of the seven members of the award-winning K-pop group, BTS. He appeared in group songs like “Boy With Luv” and “Permission to Dance,” as well as solo songs released in conjunction with the boy band, like “Inner Child.”

V also recorded vocals for songs off of Be (Deluxe Edition), the K-pop group’s recently released album featuring the Grammy-nominated single “Dynamite.”

Some were more challenging than others, though, especially because V has one of the lowest registers of the BTS vocal line (which also features Jin, Jimin, and Jungkook).

‘Fly to My Room’ used to be one of V’s favorite songs off of ‘Be (Deluxe Edition)’

When BTS released their album Be (Deluxe Edition) in 2020, it included several chart-topping songs, like “Life Goes On” and “Dynamite.” There were also some songs written and produced by the BTS members. That includes “Fly to My Room,” one of V’s favorite songs before Jimin was added to the track.

“‘Fly to My Room’ used to be my favorite song, but it was also the hardest to sing,” V said during an interview with Weverse Magazine. “It was OK at first until Jimin jumped in.”

“Because I had to keep up with Jimin, the song went up maybe three keys,” the singer elaborated. “I thought I would die. It started out as my favorite song, but it was just way too hard to sing.”

V also played a role in writing the song ‘Blue & Grey’

Be (Deluxe Edition) included songs co-written by several BTS members. Jungkook had a role in creating the song “Stay,” while Suga co-wrote and produced the song “Telepathy.” One of the slower songs from this album, “Blue & Grey,” was created by V. The boy band later performed this song during their MTV Unplugged segment.

This artist also releases solo music under the same stage name. That includes the 2019 all-English single and its corresponding YouTube video, titled “Winter Bear.” When V isn’t recording or releasing music, he sometimes spends time with fans on live streams.

Additionally, fans catch up with him thanks to posts on Weverse and other social media platforms like Twitter. He also pursues other hobbies, including photography and learning instruments like violin and trumpet.

Music by BTS, including the Map of the Soul: 7 song titled “Inner Child,” is available for streaming on Spotify, Apple Music, and most major platforms.
