Christine Quinn was feeling the love when she said “I do” to Christian Richard back in December 2019. But the same couldn’t be said for her Selling Sunset co-stars. The 31-year-old real estate agent says that a couple of other women from the show got into a fight at her wedding. The heated argument stemmed from comments one made about fellow cast member Chrishell Stause’s breakup with husband Justin Hartley.

Quinn spoke with Metro UK ahead of the season 3 launch of Selling Sunset. She shared that her wedding day was marred by some behind-the-scenes drama between Mary Fitzgerald and Heather Rae Young.

“I know that Mary and Heather got into a fight about some press that was done around Chrishell’s divorce,” Quinn said. “Heather made a statement, a very nice statement, but she made a statement. Mary felt very protective of Chrishell. Even though she didn’t give a sh*t about me.”

Mary apparently wanted to “protect Chrishell,” who had recently been blindsided by her husband’s surprise divorce filing

“[Mary] was chastising Heather for a comment that she made. They got into a fight about that,” Quinn explained.

Many Selling Sunset viewers will likely be tuning in to season 3 to get all the details of Stause’s split from Hartley. Last year, the actress-turned-reality-TV-personality and her This Is Us star husband shocked fans when they revealed they were going their separate ways after just over two years of marriage.

Stause has made it clear that she was not expecting her husband to pull the plug on the relationship. And on this season of her Netflix reality series, she’s revealing new details about how the breakup happened, including the way Hartley broke the news he was done with their marriage.

“I found out because he texted me that we were filed,” she tells Fitzgerald in the episode titled “One Text Changes Everything,” according to Today.

“Forty five minutes later, the world knew,” she adds.

A Selling Sunset Season 3 trailer shows a distraught Stause leaving her co-star’s wedding after having a discussion about her relationship with some of the other Oppenheim Group agents. Quinn confirmed to Metro UK that attending the event was tough for Stause since it took place just weeks after her own marriage imploded.

‘Chrishell was very emotional from being at my wedding. I think that was something that was really, really hard for her,” Quinn said.

“It’s a horrible feeling to be at someone’s wedding after you’re freshly out of a relationship, it’s really hard,” she added. “So I imagine that was extremely difficult for her.”

Selling Sunset Season 3 is on Netflix August 7.
