Fans envision Timothée Chalamet as Iceman in X-Men films

The character of Iceman is a founding member of the comic book superhero mutants known as the X-Men, who first began appearing in the comics in the sixties. Often cited as one of the comic book world’s most notable gay heroes, Iceman is good friends with Peter Parker, better known as Spider-Man.

While Iceman has been portrayed in films before, most notably by the actor Shawn Ashmore, discussion about new casting for the character has been cropping up in places like Screen Rant.

For many, Chalamet would be the perfect actor for the role, with fans pointing out how age-appropriate he is, as well as how naturally charming he is.
