‘Counting On’ Fans Can’t Get Over How Cute Joy Duggar and Austin Forsyth’s Son Is
Joy Duggar and Austin Forsyth star in TLC’s Counting On, and the two share one son, Gideon. Duggar and Forsyth recently announced another pregnancy, so they’re soaking up their last moments with Gideon as an only child. Forsyth recently posted a video of his wife and son, and fans can’t get over how cute the little boy is.
Joy Duggar and Austin Forsyth didn’t wait to start a family
When Duggar and Forsyth got engaged in 2017, they reportedly had plans to have their wedding in October of that year. However, the two were eager to build a life together, and they moved their wedding up by five months to wed in May 2017. Once they were married, they immediately started a family. Duggar announced a pregnancy only about 12 weeks after the couple’s wedding, and they welcomed their son, Gideon, nine months later. (Some rumors suggest Duggar might have been pregnant before the wedding, but it’s unconfirmed.)
Fans can’t get over how adorable the couple’s son is
Duggar and Forsyth announced another pregnancy this past spring after going through a miscarriage last summer. With that said, they’re spending as much time with Gideon as possible while he’s still an only child. Forsyth, who just started his own Instagram account, posted a video of Duggar playing with Gideon, and fans couldn’t get over how adorable the little boy was.
“He’s so goofy! So cute!!” one user wrote. “He is so adorable,” someone else said. Other comments, including some from Duggar’s family members, said the same. Gideon, who turned two in February, has always had a goofy and loving personality based on the photos and videos his parents have shared.
Some think Forsyth is the sweetest Duggar dad
Duggar and Forsyth love posting photos with their son, and it’s made some Counting On fans look at Forsyth differently. When he and Duggar first wed, not everyone was convinced they were in love. But over time, Forsyth has grown on fans, and he loves showing off his little family.
In a post showing Forsyth playing with his son, fans felt like he was the “sweetest” father to his little boy. He recently took Gideon to the airport to check out the planes and posted some photos, and fans were obsessed — Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar even did a repost.
Duggar and Forsyth will welcome another baby in August
Last summer, not long after Duggar and Forsyth had announced their second pregnancy, they revealed that Duggar had miscarried. The two went in for their baby’s 20-week checkup, and the doctor didn’t detect a heartbeat — they would have had a daughter. It took a while for the two to heal from the loss, and Duggar now wears a necklace with her daughter’s name, Annabell Elise.
This past spring, the two revealed that they are once again expecting a little girl. Fans were thrilled for them, and both seem excited to add a new member to the family. Duggar is due sometime in August, though she hasn’t revealed the exact date.
