Jessa Duggar and Ben Seewald have three kids

When Duggar and Seewald wed, they didn’t wait long to start a family. The two were married in November 2014, and by November 2015, they had welcomed their first son, Spurgeon. Duggar has made comments in the past about potentially having more kids than her parents; she’s one of 19.

In 2017, the couple welcomed their second son, Henry, and in 2019, they welcomed their first daughter, Ivy Jane. All three kids are 15 months apart, and Duggar and Seewald have both seemed interested in adopting. Fans are certain the two aren’t done expanding their family, though they didn’t announce a fourth pregnancy within the same timeline as the first three.

Duggar recently revealed that Henry is the sweetest big brother

Duggar loves posting her kids to social media, and since the family has been quarantining due to coronavirus (COVID-19), her little ones have been spending even more time together. Duggar posted a video of her kids seeing fireworks, and she noted in the video that “Henry is always looking out for his little sister.”

“Ivy is going to get too close to it,” Henry said in the video, referring to the fireworks. He stayed close to her to make sure she didn’t hurt herself. Fans noticed and thought his actions were adorable. “Henry looking out for Ivy,” one user observed, with a heart-eyed emoji. “Precious Henry watching out for his baby sister,” another person wrote. “Henry is so sweet,” someone else commented.

Duggar’s kids seem to get along well

The Seewald kids appear to have a close bond; Spurgeon and Henry love playing together, and both boys keep a watchful eye over their sister. When Duggar posts videos of the kids playing, they always seem to share their toys equally and don’t step on each other’s toes.

“Your children are adorable! Beautiful family you have,” one user wrote on Duggar’s fireworks post. When Duggar posted a video of the kids at the water table, fans thought the same thing. “It is so sweet watching them play together,” someone wrote.

Duggar also recently captured a moment between her sons where they were playing with pots and pans. The interaction between the two was only a photo, but it was clear the brothers were enjoying every minute together. “They are so cute,” someone wrote. “Oh, to be young again,” another user added.

Duggar and Seewald are seriously considering adoption

It’s possible the reason Duggar and Seewald haven’t announced a fourth pregnancy is because they are looking into adoption. Duggar and Seewald told Us Weekly that they’re in the beginning stages of exploring adoption. “We’re just in a stage of, like, meeting with people who have adopted and getting advice, hearing their stories and seeing what that might look like for us,” Duggar told the magazine. Time will tell how the two decide to expand their family, but right now, they seem to have their hands full with three.
