The show’s strange qualities make it so lovable and draw so many people into its world. This Arrowverse series is an escape for many fans because it is so fun and ridiculous. But, unfortunately for the Legends, they cannot escape from 1925 in DC’s Legends of Tomorrow Season 7 Episode 1.

What happened in the finale of ‘DC’s Legends of Tomorrow’ Season 6?

DC’s Legends of Tomorrow Season 6 revolved around aliens. So, what better way to end the season with an alien invasion?

The Legends traveled to 1925 to find the Fountain of Imperium. There, Bishop, the mad, evil villain of the season, tricked Constantine into drinking poison. Since Constantine connected himself to the Fountain, which was the only thing protecting Earth from aliens, the Fountain perished along with Constantine. That’s when the aliens came.

In the end, it was the power of love that defeated the aliens. The Legends restored the Fountain, but the magical entity determined that humans were not worth saving. However, when Sara and Ava got married, the Fountain changed its mind. It obliterated all of the aliens with a burst of energy.

At the end of the hour, just as the Legends were about to hop aboard the Waverider and return home, a mysterious spaceship that looked a lot like the Waverider blew up their ship. As a result, they are now stranded in 1925.

The synopsis for ‘DC’s Legends of Tomorrow’ Season 7 Episode 1

Per ComicBook.com, The CW recently released the official synopsis for DC’s Legends of Tomorrow Season 7 Episode 1, “The Bullet Blondes.”

The synopsis reads, “After defeating the aliens and saving Earth, the Legends find themselves stranded in 1925 Odessa, Texas with a destroyed Waverider. Wanting to help fix things, Astra (Olivia Swann) tries using her powers, which creates unwanted attention from the town and that of the new Director of the Bureau of Investigation, J. Edgar Hoover, and a surprise no one expected. Realizing they need to escape, Sara (Caity Lotz) and Ava (Jes Macallan) create a distraction by going on a crime spree with Hoover hot on their tails. Meanwhile, Zari (Tala Ashe) is finding it hard to get over Constantine, so Behrad (Shayan Sobhian) suggests the only thing he knows that can help. Nick Zano, Adam Tsekham, Lisseth Chavez, and Amy Pemberton also star. Kevin Mock directed the episode written by James Eagan & Ray Utarnachitt.”

DC’s Legends of Tomorrow Season 7 Episode 1 sounds like a classic Legends outing. There will be historical figures, mistakes, bonding, and plenty of hijinks.

What fans can look forward to in season 7

The Waverider, once it’s fixed, will be a little less crowded in DC’s Legends of Tomorrow Season 7. Both John Constantine and Mick Rory left the Legends in the season 6 finale. After selling his soul to a demon, Constantine decided he needed to return to his old ways and walk his path alone. On the other hand, Mick chose to sail off into the sunset with Kayla and their children.

However, Matt Ryan will be returning to the show as a different character. He will play Dr. Gwyn Davis, an eccentric scientist who will likely help the Legends escape 1925. Plus, Amy Louise Pemberton will play the physical form of Gideon for the entirety of the season. So, with some “goodbyes” come a couple of “hello’s.”

DC’s Legends of Tomorrow Season 7 Episode 1 airs on Oct. 13 at 8/7c on The CW.
