All eyes are on Peter Weber as the end of his Bachelor season nears. But fans are still obsessing over Hannah Brown’s season of The Bachelorette. While Brown thought she found love with Jed Wyatt, her world came crashing down after Wyatt’s ex-girlfriend came forward with some hard truths. Now, both Brown and Wyatt are moving forward as exes — and Wyatt’s found love with his new girlfriend, Ellen Decker.

While Wyatt maintains his Instagram presence and shares plenty of photos of Decker as well as information about his new music, Brown’s fans won’t let go of how he betrayed her trust. And it looks like Wyatt might be getting sick of the backlash, as he’s limiting his public Instagram comments.

Jed Wyatt receives backlash for his posts about his new girlfriend

Wyatt seemed to always put his music career first even when he stole Brown’s heart. And his ex-girlfriend, Haley Stevens, seemed to verify this to the media. According to Stevens, Wyatt only went on The Bachelorette to further his music career. And she had plenty of texts to prove that she and Wyatt were indeed together and that he had plans to continue their romance once he was finished with reality TV.

We know Stevens and Wyatt didn’t work out, though. And Brown was finished with Wyatt once she realized the truth. But it doesn’t seem to bother the Bachelorette winner, as he’s posted about Decker, his girlfriend who’s both a model and a personal trainer, since November 2019.

Wyatt’s certainly in love. But his followers still drag him for the Bachelorette debacle. As one follower commented on a post of the couple from December 2019, “was he not engaged like a hot second ago?”

He frequently comments back to his Instagram haters

Wyatt is fully aware of the hate he gets — and he’s frequently found in the comments section of his Instagram fighting them off. On Jan. 19, he posted a photo of him with Decker and thanked her for being by his side. “I can’t thank God enough for putting you in my life, Ellen. You are the true definition of a beautiful soul, inside and out,” he captioned the post. Unfortunately, his followers weren’t so kind.

One commented, “girl RUN.”

To that, Wyatt responded, “get a life.”

And another post showing Wyatt and Decker on the beach had fans reacting to Decker’s physique.

“Looks like she needs to eat some burgers,” a follower commented.

Wyatt wrote back, “worry about your dog, not my gf. She’s piping hot.”

And Wyatt responded to another follower who commented “she’s nasty looking” with, “she’s beautiful inside out, shame on you.”

Wyatt is now limiting the public comments he can receive

It seemed like Wyatt was up to the task of responding to his haters. But now, it looks like he’s limiting the comments he can receive on Instagram. On Feb. 20, Wyatt posted a photo of him and Decker advertising a Lull mattress. There are plenty of negative comments right from the get-go — and at the bottom of the post, it says, “Comments on this post have been limited.”

Wyatt limited the comments on another recent post. He added a photo of him and Decker on Feb. 23 from a party, which also received a mix of good and bad reactions. But he purposely kept the public scrutiny to a minimum.

It looks like Wyatt went back and limited comments on previous photos of himself with Decker, too. The first photo he posted of him and his girlfriend jet-skiing no longer gives the public comment access.

We’re not sure if Wyatt will continue to limit comment access with all of his posts, or if he’s just getting an influx of negativity now that he doesn’t want to deal with. Either way, he’s not shy about sharing photos of Decker online, so we’re sure we’ll see what they’re up to no matter what.
