ChelseaBoy was the latest queen to sashay away

This was the second week in a row that a queen who was slaying the competition was sent home. It was the first week in the bottom 2 for both ChelseaBoy and Janey Jacké.

The maxi challenge this week was the makeover challenge. All of the queens had to makeover a family member and walk the runway with them. Envy Peru won the challenge, nabbing her fourth win in just six episodes. She becomes just the fourth queen in franchise history to win four challenges, joining Sharon Needles, Shea Coulee, and Gigi Goode. Needles went on to win her season, while Coulee placed 3rd/4th and Goode was a runner-up.

Janey Jacké ended up winning the lip-sync and effectively sending ChelseaBoy home.

What ChelseaBoy thinks of their exit and that impeccable Joe Exotic impersonation

On her elimination, ChelseaBoy seems to have no qualms about it and seems to chalk it all up to the nature of the competition. “I’m not someone who gets upset for not winning at all,” she said in an interview with Gay Times. “Of course, it’s a competition, but at the same time we want everybody to do well and to show the best sides of themselves. The judges are looking at it with their own vision and their own glasses. That’s the decision they made, and I can respect that.”

ChelseaBoy had several great weeks in the competition, only landing in the bottom 2 during this last week. Though she didn’t win Snatch Game, she had a super memorable performance as Joe Exotic. She was the only queen who decided to choose an American figure. She was also the only queen to choose a figure who was a native English speaker. On going viral for it, ChelseaBoy said, “Oh, it was really good, especially because I was the only international character that people recognize!”

As for Exotic himself, ChelseaBoy thinks that he would definitely dig her interpretation of him. “I think, knowing the narcissist that he is, he will probably love the attention,” she said. “I think he’s having a ball in prison! Throughout the season, I was trying to let go of… I’m someone who thinks a lot about what I say before I say it, and I’m a little bit reserved. This was really, for me, a challenge to completely let go of that and to just spill out anything that comes to mind without any reservations. I think I managed to do that really well, so that was a victory for me.”

As for who the recently eliminated queen wants to see take the crown now, she says she’d like it to be either Ma’Ma Queen or Envy Peru. She also said she’d love to see Janey Jacké, noting she is opening up more now.
