‘Too Hot to Handle’ Star Francesca Farago Shares the Real Reason She and Ex Harry Jowsey Never Rekindled Their Romance
In 2020, the world was introduced to Francesca Farago and Harry Jowsey on Netflix’s Too Hot To Handle. The two were one of the show’s hottest couples who many thought would stay together long after the series ended. But much to fans’ dismay, the pair called it quits a month after the Australian native proposed to Farago (with a Ring Pop) during the Too Hot To Handle reunion.
Recently, many were recently convinced that the pair had rekindled their romance. However, Farago set the record straight on her relationship with her ex, sharing the real reason why she and Jowsey didn’t — and likely never will — give their love another try.

In May 2021, Farago and Jowsey sparked rumors that they were rekindling their romance after being spotted in Cancún, Mexico, together.
According to TMZ, Farago took a trip to the tropical vacation destination to wait for her US visa to be approved. While there, she met up with Jowsey, who reportedly flew to Cancún to spend time with her.
During the trip, the two hung out together and were even photographed embracing each other while waiting outside of what appeared to be a hotel.
Of course, after seeing photos of the pair together, fans were immediately convinced that Farago and Jowsey were working toward rekindling their romance. The exes also posted photos and videos from their getaway to their respective social media accounts, which fueled reconciliation rumors even more.
To fans, it seemed as though the Too Hot To Handle stars were giving their romance another try. However, the Canadian native recently put the ongoing speculation surrounding her and Jowsey’s relationship to rest, sharing the reason why they have not rekindled their romance.
Francesca Farago reveals she and Harry Jowsey were close to getting back together
During an appearance on the Domenick Nati Show on June 2, Farago set the record straight on where she currently stands with her ex-boyfriend.
Though the Netflix star admitted to almost giving her relationship with Jowsey another shot, she revealed that his behavior online caused her to move on from this idea.
“We were getting back together,” she said. “We were getting to know each other slowly. And then, he was just being extremely disrespectful to me online.”
While Farago didn’t dive into detail about how Jowsey allegedly disrespected her, she noted that he “was saying things that I would love to hear…and then his actions didn’t match.”
After the TV personality “chose a friendship with someone” over having Farago’s back, she decided to “cut it off” with him for good.
“I’m 27 now and I can see through bullsh*t really easily and I wasn’t gonna put myself back in a situation where I was gonna be heartbroken again,” she explained. “I spent a week crying over it but now I’m done.”

Though many were certain that she and Jowsey were an item again, Farago assured viewers that she has completely moved on from the Australian native, whom she called “a piece of sh*t.”
“I’m ready [to] completely close that chapter of my life and move on, and not get hurt anymore,” she said.
As for whether she’s currently dating anyone, Farago confirmed that she is very much single.
“I’m the most single I’ve ever been in my entire life,” she told Nati.
Though she isn’t dating anyone at the moment, the reality star is still open to finding love again, which she hopes happens sooner rather than later.
“I don’t want to be single,” she admitted. “I like being in a relationship, and I feel like I’m at that stage in my life where I want a relationship. And I want to settle down soon, so it’s hard to find someone to date.”
