Even though the Green Bay Packers season came to an end following a loss to the San Francisco 49ers, quarterback Aaron Rodgers‘ name is still the headlines daily. While fans are wondering about the signal-caller’s future in the NFL, he just made news for dumping one of his properties in his home state of California.

Aaron Rodgers previously owned three stunning homes in two states

Back in 2005, Rodgers bought a house in Suamico, Wisconsin for $442,500. The 4,012 square foot home features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a gym, and two fireplaces. It has a grand room on the main floor with wall-to-wall windows and is located near the Barkhausen Waterfowl Preserve.

The NFL star caused panic among Packers fans in 2017 after a report circulated that the home was up for sale. The agent representing the property signed an NDA but did say that the house was not on the market. According to Packers News, ownership was transferred to RFI Holding LLC, which was thought to be Rodgers’ holding company.

In 2019, A-Rod purchased a beachfront mansion in Malibu with his then-girlfriend Danica Patrick for $28 million. That villa is 4,636-square feet and boasts four bedrooms and four bathrooms. It previously belonged to some high-profile people such as Janet Jackson, British star Robbie Williams, and Netflix Content Chief Ted Sarandos. But that’s not the only abode Rodgers owned in the Golden State.

Another piece of real estate Rodgers owned in California is located in the San Diego County beach town of Del Mar.

The Mediterranean-style mansion has 5,771 square feet of living space with four bedrooms, five bathrooms, a swimming pool and a jacuzzi, as well as sauna, a spa, a home theater, a gym, a wine cellar, a movie theater, and a game room. The property features a putting green, a batting cage, a basketball court, a fire pit, and plenty of outdoor space for entertaining too.

Rodgers paid $2,055,000 for the estate when he bought it in 2009. He put it on the market in October 2021 and had a pending offer within a week. The New York Post noted that it sold for $5.13 million on Nov. 29.
