Today, Bruce Willis lives in Los Angeles with his wife, Emma Heming Willis. But he previously owned multiple homes on one property in Turks and Caicos.

According to Architectural Digest, Willis bought 7.37 acres of land in Turks and Caicos back in 2000, and he finished the compound in 2004 on Parrot Cay, a 1,000-acre-long island. Parrot Cay only has about a dozen homes on it.

The main home boasts five bedrooms and over 5,000 square feet of space on each of the two floors. The open floor plan allows those in the home to effortlessly move between the inside and outside living spaces. The main suite has a large private balcony, and two of the guest rooms have sundecks of their own. The entire property, including the guest houses, has 12 bedrooms.

Additional amenities include a pirate ship-themed playground for children, four pools, a beach volleyball court, and butler service. Additionally, Travel & Leisure notes the homes come with over 1,000 feet of private beach and its own peninsula.

Who bought Bruce Willis’ homes in Turks & Caicos?

While Bruce Willis’ homes in Turks and Caicos was one of a kind, he didn’t hold on to it. Architectural Digest notes he and Emma Heming Willis relocated to Los Angeles, resulting in putting the home on the market.

“For the past 20 years, we’ve made so many beautiful memories on the island,” Willis and Heming Willis told Architectural Digest. “We fell in love and married there, enjoyed two babymoons on the Cay, and it was on our beach that we renewed our vows.”

So, who bought Bruce Willis’ houses — and for how much? The Wall Street Journal reports Mark and Robyn Jones, founders of Goosehead Insurance, bought the property for $27 million in 2019. Willis originally listed the homes for $33 million.

The Joneses did some remodeling of their own, as they added a boardwalk that connects the main house, the pavilion, and the guest homes. But they’re now selling the property, too, as the family is spending more time in Montana at a compound that’s even larger. They listed the Turks and Caicos property for $37.5 million.

It’s located just 40 minutes from midtown Manhattan and has nearly 9,000 square feet. The estate has four separate houses, two garages, a saltwater pool, a tennis court, and a pool house.

Unfortunately, Willis sold the estate for less than his asking price. He sold the estate in 2019 for $7.66 million with an original asking price of $12.95 million.
