Christina Haack’s house in Dana Point, California, is a piece of Southern Orange County paradise.

The mansion boasts over 6,000 square feet, five bedrooms, and seven bathrooms, House Digest reports. It’s part of the exclusive development, The Strand at the Headlands. Because the home resides in a community with about 45 other homes, Haack has access to an exclusive beach club, a lounge area with an ocean view, a swimming pool, a bar, and a fitness center.

As for the house itself, House Digest notes it has an open floor plan with wood floors and brick walls as accents. Two beautifully decorated dining rooms are on either side of the kitchen. Haack can open what appears like a garage door in the living room to gain access to the backyard that overlooks the ocean. Another hidden living room is in the corner of the home.

The main bedroom also has doors that open for an ocean view, as well as a fireplace and customized closets. According to Life & Style, every wall in the home that faces the ocean has moveable glass windows that span from the floor to the ceiling. This means Haack is just one step away from feeling the ocean breeze wherever she is in her home.

Additional home features include a movie theater, a game room, and a rooftop deck.

She’s reportedly selling the property for $11.5 million

Christina Haack’s home in Dana Point, California, sounds like an absolute dream. But TMZ reports she’s selling the property less than a year after she initially purchased it.

According to real estate sources, Haack originally bought the home for $10.3 million in July 2021, and she’s looking to sell the home for $11.5 million as of March 2022.

So, is Christina Haack moving? According to People, she bought a vacation home in Tennessee in October 2021 after visiting the state, though it doesn’t appear she’s moving to the South full-time. Regardless, she fell in love with Tennessee and plans on spending more time there.

“Tennessee is gorgeous and the people out there are so nice,” she said. “Being out there on all that land reminded me of my favorite childhood memories, which were staying summers on my grandparents’ farm. I felt so carefree and loved taking out their quads and hanging with my cousins on all the land.”
