Why Jordyn Woods and Khloé Kardashian aren’t speaking
Many fans of Keeping Up With the Kardashians will recall seeing Woods around the E! Network stars. She became friends with Jenner while the starlets were in middle school. Soon, she appeared with her best friend on KUWTK. Woods also appeared on the first season of Jenner’s spinoff show, Life of Kylie.
In February 2019, the Grown-ish star’s life changed. At the time, Hollywood Unlocked reported seeing Woods with Kardashian’s boyfriend, Tristan Thompson. She later admitted to being around Thompson at the party and claimed the Boston Celtics player kissed her at his house. Following the ordeal, Woods moved out of Jenner’s house, and they reportedly stopped speaking to each other. The actor shared in September 2020 that she forgave herself for her involvement in the scandal.
“Looking at the situation, ‘Okay what did I do, what role did I play in this, how was I responsible, how can I be held accountable, how can I take responsibility for what happened?”’ she said in an interview with Natalie Manuel Lee. “Things happen, and that’s what makes us human.”

Since the scandal, Woods has changed her life both professionally and personally. In addition to working on new projects like her collaboration with PrettyLittleThing and an OnlyFans account, the Masked Singer contestant found love last year. In September 2020, Woods announced that she and NBA star Karl-Anthony Towns are a couple. The pair were friends for several years before taking things to the next level.
According to HollywoodLife, Towns is ready to take his romance with Woods more seriously. She reportedly helps the athlete cope with the deaths of multiple family members due to COVID-19. His mother, Jacqueline Cruz, died from the virus on April 13, 2020.
“The love he has for her and the love he knows she has for him has really touched him in ways he has never felt before,” a source shared.
“Once things get back to normal,” they continued, “he’s going to get engaged to her, and they are going to work toward marriage because she means that much to him. She has been his rock the last few months, and that is something he will never forget and forever cherish.”

Although Towns and Woods appear to be hearing wedding bells, the same might not be accurate for Kardashian. Once the COVID-19 pandemic hit the US in March 2020, she and Thompson reunited so he could spend time with their daughter, True Thompson. Several months later, the couple reportedly became romantically involved again.
Since Kardashian hasn’t officially acknowledged her relationship with Thompson, it’s safe to say they won’t be walking down the aisle any time soon. However, the mother of one is reportedly hoping to give her daughter another sibling. Both she and the former Cleveland Cavaliers player are open to having a baby. In a clip from the final season of KUWTK, the fashion mogul said she felt they’re at the right “time” for the second bundle of joy, per E! News.
“Khloé knows the value of siblings and growing up in a house full of kids, and she wants that for True,” an insider said. “It’s something they have been working on for a while.”
