Joy-Anna Duggar and Austin Forsyth Said ‘Of Course’ They ‘Want More Kids’
It’s hard to keep up with the Duggars these days, as Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar’s adult kids have Instagrams, YouTubes, and Twitter accounts of their own. While many are curious about Jessa Duggar’s YouTube videos and Jill Duggar’s stance with the rest of her family, we’re also wondering what Joy-Anna Duggar is up to. Jinger Duggar recently visited her sisters from Los Angeles, and it’s making fans wonder if it’s because Joy-Anna could be pregnant again.
While Joy-Anna and Austin have their 2-year-old son, Gideon, we can’t forget that they also had a daughter. Unfortunately, Joy-Anna had a late-term miscarriage. But the loving couple took to YouTube to remind their followers they are planning on expanding their family. Here’s what they said.
Joy-Anna Duggar miscarried her and Austin Forsyth’s second child
We know the Duggars adore children, as they believe they’re gifts from God. And Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar have talked at length regarding their decision to ditch birth control and have as many children as God would allow. We’re not sure if Joy-Anna and Austin are following this exact philosophy, but they were certainly excited for their son, Gideon, to be a big brother. Unfortunately, Joy-Anna miscarried her daughter at 20 weeks back in June 2019.
“Although we don’t understand why, God has given us unexplainable peace and comfort during this very difficult time. Yes, it still hurts and we have cried countless tears, but we know that we can trust the Lord,” Joy-Anna captioned her Instagram post about the loss.
“We named her Annabell Elise. Annabell means ‘God has favored me,’ and Elise means ‘God satisfies.’ What a precious thing to know that when our daughter opened her eyes, the first thing she saw was the face of Jesus,” Joy-Anna continued in the post.
Duggar followers think she might be pregnant again
Joy-Anna and Austin adore taking care of their son. And considering they were planning on expanding their family in the recent past, we wouldn’t be surprised if babies are on the brain. Now, some Duggar fans think Jinger’s sudden appearance in Arkansas indicates the family had something to celebrate. And that celebration could be that Joy-Anna is pregnant once again.
The Duggar family Instagram posted a photo of Joy-Anna along with her sisters during the visit. And fans speculated from there.
“Joy Anna looks pregnant in this pic. Maybe?” one follower commented.
To that, another added, “I thought it looks possible, too. I wish her happiness no matter what!”
Yet another wrote, “I said the same thing! In Jessa’s story you can really tell. I commented about it in Jessa’s page twice and she deleted both comments so I think she is.”
Joy-Anna and Austin just talked about wanting more children
It looks like Joy-Anna may be listening to what her followers are asking. She and Austin Forsyth sat down in front of a camera to answer their most frequently asked questions on March 3, and the topic of pregnancy came up.
“The very most popular question was, ‘Do ya’ll want more kids?'” Joy-Anna said to the camera.
To that, Austin said, “Yes, definitely. We want more kids.”
“Of course we want more kids,” Joy-Anna echoed. “It’s just been a long last eight months after our miscarriage with Annabell and looking forward to what God has in the future, though.”
Joy-Anna didn’t address the current rumors regarding the reason behind Jinger’s visit in the YouTube Q&A. But this video certainly answers some questions for fans. We’re looking forward to hearing about Joy-Anna and Austin’s family expansion when the time comes!
