Khloé Kardashian is a seriously fit reality star, a woman who is known for her commitment to health and fitness. After the dissolution of her marriage to Lamar Odom, Kardashian began working out like a fiend, and these days, the star is in the best shape of her life.

Still, her dedication to fitness doesn’t mean that Kardashian doesn’t enjoy the finer things in life — or an occasional cheat day. Over the past several years, Kardashian has opened up several times about her favorite indulgent foods, and the meals that she orders when she has to hit the drive-through.

Kardashian rose to fame in Keeping Up with the Kardashians, a reality TV series that debuted on television in 2007. As the “funny” sister, Kardashian was often at the center of her family’s pranks and exploits, always ready to laugh or cut up with her siblings.

Kardashian has often been vocal about her experiences with body image and mental health — but her transparency has definitely endeared her to fans.

Kardashian has had problems with relationships. After her marriage to basketball star Odom ended in divorce, she started dating Tristan Thompson, a player for the Cleveland Cavaliers. Still, Thompson publicly cheated on Kardashian not once, but twice, resulting in a media frenzy that persists to this day.

Through it all, Kardashian has found solace in living a disciplined lifestyle, working out regularly, and eating well.

On a typical day, Kardashian follows a pretty strict meal plan. The reality star admitted in 2015 that she starts her day with water and black coffee before getting in a good workout at the gym.

For breakfast, she favors simple staples like oatmeal, along with more water, and a protein shake. At lunchtime, Kardashian loves a hearty salad, and for dinner, she usually has veggies and fish. In between, Kardashian picks healthy snacks such as apples and peanut butter, or hummus and veggies.

In spite of her strict daily diet, Kardashian always makes room for indulgent snacks. “My favorite cheat food is pizza,” she revealed to US Magazine in 2019.

Kardashian also loves cooking at home, baking bread and sweet treats with her daughter, True Thompson. Kardashian is a huge fan of traditional comfort-food staples, like ice cream, pastries, and pasta.

Like many busy working moms, Kardashian sometimes finds herself unable to cook or order something from home. On those occasions, she doesn’t feel guilty about pulling up to the fast-food drive-through window. In a 2017 interview with Shape, Kardashian revealed her healthy meal picks from several fast-food places.

When she pulls up to McDonald’s, although the French fries are delicious, Kardashian stated that she often chooses the Artisan Grilled Chicken Sandwich, which comes in at under 500 calories and has lots of protein.

When it comes to Taco Bell, Kardashian has a solid strategy: “The boss move here is to order from the Fresco menu. All the items are flavored with super-flavorful low-calorie, fat-free pico de gallo. In general, steer clear of anything smothered, supreme, wrapped in a Dorito, or XXL-sized and you’ll be just fine!”

Sometimes, life calls for Kentucky Fried Chicken, and when the craving hits, Kardashian doesn’t deny herself — she just makes sure to choose the grilled chicken option rather than the fried, in order to avoid the outrageous added calories. Ultimately, the super-fit star proves that it is possible to eat a flexible diet and still stay in tip-top shape.
