Kim Kardashian West’s Relationship With Meek Mill Explained After Kanye West Puts Them on Blast

Kanye West has made some shocking claims online after his headline-making presidential rally in South Carolina. But one of his most eyebrow-raising statements was when he accused Kim Kardashian West of cheating on him with rapper Meek Mill.

Kanye West’s latest Twitter rant

In the early hours of July 22, West went on a wild Twitter spree where he addressed various topics.

West called out his mother-in-law Kris Jenner for trying to “lock me up” and doctors for attempting to “5150” — a California law code for the temporary, involuntary psychiatric hold of someone — him following his presidential campaign rally on July 19. The rapper also put Kardashian West on blast for allegedly cheating on him with Meek Mill.

“I been trying to get divorced since Kim met with Meek at the Warldolf for ‘prison reform,'” he wrote in a now-deleted tweet. The rapper later added, “Meek is my man and was respectful. That’s my dog. Kim was out of line.” 

It seemed like the Grammy winner was referencing a time back in 2018 when Kardashian West and Mill were both speakers at the Criminal Justice Reform Summit in Los Angeles.

Though it doesn’t appear that Kardashian West and Mill become particularly close after that, it seems like West is convinced something more went on between the two that day at the Waldorf hotel.

Though West and Mill go way back, the “Monster” rapper’s relationship with Kardashian West has never come across as romantic, despite what Ye might think.

Since both Kardashian West and Mill have used their fame to fight against social injustices, it makes sense that they were asked to speak about social reform and other related issues at the Criminal Justice Reform Summit two years ago.

Though West believes the reality star cheated on him with Mill that day, there haven’t been any rumors of a relationship between them before the rapper’s tweets.

Both Kim Kardashian West and Kanye West are now considering divorce

Following his online outbursts, it’s been reported that Kardashian West is at her wit’s end with her husband.

Although West revealed that he’s looking to divorce Kardashian West, insiders claim that she’s actually the one meeting with divorce lawyers.

According to Us Weekly, the reality star is exploring options to end her marriage to the rapper following his controversial comments about aborting their oldest child, North, and his subsequent Twitter rant.

Though the couple has been going through a rough patch these last few years, Kardashian West has tried “to make it work.” Insiders even revealed that she hadn’t gone through with a divorce in the past “because of their children,” a source said.

However, after West spoke publicly about the family’s personal matters, Kardashian West believes he “crossed the line” and is extremely hurt by his recent behavior.

“Kim is completely devastated right now,” a source told Entertainment Tonight. “Kim has always been public about everything in her life, but with Kanye and him being bipolar she has always respected to keep that more private and within the family.”

The source adds, “Kanye tweeting about the family and painting her as trying to ‘lock him up’ has upset Kim because that wasn’t her intention and she only ever wants the best for her husband.”
