‘Love Is Blind’: Natalie Lee Reveals Her Current Relationship Status
Love Is Blind Season 2 star Natalie Lee reveals her current relationship status to fans. After leaving her ex-fiancé, Shayne Jansen, there have been some rumors that she could be dating other cast members. Here’s what she had to say about Natalie’s love life post-Love Is Blind.
Natalie dated Shayne after filming ‘Love Is Blind’
Love Is Blind alum Lauren Speed-Hamilton asked Natalie about her love life on her new Netflix podcast, We Have the Receipts. In episode 2, ‘The Boss Ladies Special,’ Natalie revealed that after filming ended, she and Shayne gave their relationship another try, off-camera.
Natalie said, “We did date for several months after our wedding. We just wanted to give it another shot without the pressures of the wedding, and also, the cameras.”
The season 2 star revealed why she and Shayne didn’t work, saying, “I think, for the most part, what happened on our wedding day and the day before the wedding day, that fight, I couldn’t move on from it. And I don’t think he could either. “
She continued, “Also, I think it comes down to we are very different people. With different needs and wants. And we also have some communication issues. We just couldn’t figure out a solution or resolution to that.”
What is Natalie’s relationship status now?
On the podcast, Lauren asked Natalie about her current dating situation. She said, “[There’s] nobody in my life. I’m one-hundred percent single.”
However, she’s “open” to dating. She said, “I’m not actively dating; I’m really just focusing on myself. And I think it’s so crazy with the show coming out. I’ve really been trying to take things day by day. But I’m single and ready to mingle.”
Surprisingly, not many men have slid in her DMs. Natalie revealed, “No. All I’ve seen is messages from women being very supportive. So no messages from other men, unfortunately.”
Is Natalie willing to date a cast member from ‘Love Is Blind’ Season 2?
During the podcast, Lauren asked Natalie if she’d be interested in dating any of her season 2 castmates. Natalie replied, “Honestly, I don’t. I think I’m good.”
She continued, “They’re all really nice men. But I think I’ve built friendships with most of them, and so I just don’t see it getting to that romantic level with any of them quite honestly.”
While there was some speculation that Natalie was dating Salvador ‘Sal’ Perez because of their flirtatious Instagram exchanges, it appears she’s still a single woman. Fans will have to wait and see what happens next in Natalie’s love life.
