‘Married at First Sight’ Star Mindy Shiben Demands Divorce Response from Zach Justice on Instagram
When Married at First Sight star Mindy Shibenn discovered that Zach Justice had been texting her friend about their marriage, things got awkward real quick. It wasn’t long before Shiben figured it just wasn’t going to work out, and decided to end their marriage. Season 10 aired in January, and seven months later, Shiben is claiming that because of Justice, the two are still not divorced. To get his attention, she called him out on Instagram — but Justice fired back.
Zach Justice caught texting Lindsay
Married at First Sight star Mindy Shiben was not thrilled to learn that her husband, Zach Justice, had been texting and calling her friend Lindsay since they got married. What’s more, Justice spent plenty of time discussing his marriage to Shiben with Lindsay.
Shiben and fans seemed convinced that Justice was having an emotional affair with Lindsay, at the very least. During one episode of Season 10, Justice had a chat with pastor Cal Robinson. During their talk, Robinson asked Justice to explain the situation.
Justice said, “A week after the honeymoon, her friend reached out. I told her it was tough…She kind of gave me advice on how to approach Mindy.”
The pastor seemed unsettled that Justice was secretly talking about his marriage behind his wife’s back. “So did Mindy ever know about the phone calls?” the pastor asked. Justice explained that he never told Shiben about the conversations he was having with Lindsay.
Both Justice and Lindsay claimed to have deleted the text messages they sent each other — an incredibly convenient turn of events for the pair. Shiben seemed suspicious of this. Eventually, she decided things were not going to work out, and called off their marriage.
Mindy Shiben wants her divorce already
While Mindy Shiben may have called off her marriage to Zach Justice many months ago, it seems the Married at First Sight couple is still not divorced.
Shiben took to her Instagram recently to call out Justice for failing to get back to her on their divorce proceedings. She posted a photo from their wedding and captioned it, “Hey [Zach Justice]! Will you divorce me? Yes? No? Circle one. #thisgirwantsadivorce #checkyourtexts #crickets.”
“Wow, all the men on this show who clearly did NOT want to be married are always the ones who don’t sign. I DO NOT GET IT,” wrote one fan in Shiben’s comments.
Another added, “Maybe you should have [Lindsay] contact him? He seemed to reply to her non stop…good luck beautiful lady!”
Zach Justice sends snarky reply to ‘Married at First Sight’ partner
Zach Justice, however, was not pleased at being called out by his Married at First Sight wife. In fact, he took to Instagram to send back a snarky reply.
Justice wrote back, “Lol you’ve been trying? With what attorney and what papers? Please, don’t lie to these people for attention, it’s gross. I’m sure you and Kinetic Content will be in the loop.”
He then added the hashtags “stayclassy” and “dontdrinkandgram,” suggesting that Shiben is making posts while inebriated.
