On Dec. 10, the K-pop group Monsta X will release a new English-language album called The Dreaming. To coincide with the promotion of the album, the band will also release a film called Monsta X: The Dreaming. The movie will be available in select theaters in South Korea on Dec. 8 and around the world on Dec. 9 and Dec. 11.

The K-pop group will release a movie called ‘Monsta X: The Dreaming’

Shownu, Minhyuk, Kihyun, Hyungwon, Joohoney, and I.M debuted in Monsta X with Starship Entertainment in 2015. Wonho, a former member of the band, departed from the group in 2019 and began a solo career in 2020.

Monsta X: The Dreaming will follow Shownu, Minhyuk, Kihyun, Hyungwon, Joohoney, and I.M’s careers in the band. The movie was announced on Oct. 28, and tickets for the film will go on sale on Nov. 4. Monbebes can purchase tickets here.

A press release describes what fans can expect from the film, writing:

“Composed of six members -Shownu, Minhyuk, Kihyun, Hyungwon, Joohoney, and I.M- this brand-new film gives an intimate look at MONSTA X’s rigorous journey over the past six years including exclusive one-on-one interviews with each individual member, personal stories from their time in America and a special concert clip exclusively for their fans. This unmissable cinema event also includes high-energy musical performances of their chart-topping hits along with an exclusive first look of ‘The Dreaming’, ‘One Day’, and more from their upcoming album, ‘MONSTA X : THE DREAMING.'”

The band will release an English-language album called ‘The Dreaming’

On Sept. 10, the band released an English-language single called “One Day.” The song explores the complicated emotions one feels while going through a breakup.

“One Day” will be included on Monsta X’s upcoming English-language album, The Dreaming. The album will have 10 songs.

Pre-orders for The Dreaming began on Oct. 22, and the album will be released on Dec. 10.

Monsta X will release another album in November

In addition to releasing The Dreaming in December, Monsta X are expected to drop a Korean-language album in November.

No Limit will be an EP and will be released on Nov. 19 at midnight ET and 2 p.m. KST. More information about No Limit will be available at a later date.

December will be a busy month for Monsta X. Following the release of The Dreaming and Monsta X: The Dreaming, the K-pop group will appear at multiple Jingle Ball concerts in the U.S.

On Dec. 13, the band will perform at Q102’s Philadelphia Jingle Ball. The group will also perform at Hot 99.5’s Jingle Ball in Washington, D.C. on Dec. 14, Power 96.1’s Jingle Ball in Atlanta on Dec. 16, and Y100’s Miami Jingle Ball on Dec. 19.
