Disney+’s new series, Obi-Wan Kenobi, fills in the gaps between Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith and Star Wars: Episode IV – A New Hope. Obi-Wan Kenobi is hiding in Tatooine 10 years after defeating Anakin Skywalker, one inquisitor, Reva, is obsessed with finding him. Moses Ingram plays Reva, and she’s a newcomer to the franchise. But here’s where fans have seen her before.

Reva Sevander, played by Moses Ingram, is a newcomer to the world of Star Wars. In the first two episodes of Obi-Wan Kenobi, she’s introduced as an Imperial Inquisitor, and she’s also known as the Third Sister. She travels to various planets attempting to find Kenobi, who’s remained in hiding for 10 years. Reva’s ruthless and wreckless nature gets her into trouble quickly with the other inquisitors, as she insists on finding Kenobi at all costs.

Moses Ingram talked to GamesRadar+ about her experience joining the cast as Reva. “I think she’s her own person for sure,” the actor said. “And I think I’ll leave it to fans to decide where she fits with other villains. But she was fun to play, and it was fun to be bad. So I hope that shows.”

Ingram also described Reva as “all heart” in her mission. “She’s all heart, and she wants to do a good job at her job, which is hunting Jedi,” she added. “And so, yeah, when you’re passionate, it comes across as passionate.”

Before joining the ‘Obi-Wan Kenobi’ cast, Moses Ingram starred in ‘The Queen’s Gambit’

Where have fans seen Moses Ingram before she joined the Obi-Wan Kenobi cast? According to IMDb, she was in a few other productions, including Ambulance, The Tragedy of Macbeth, and The Same Storm. But fans will likely recognize her from the Netflix miniseries, The Queen’s Gambit.

Ingram played Jolene in The Queen’s Gambit. Jolene was best friends with Beth Harmon, the chess prodigy played by Anya Taylor-Joy, and they met each other when they both lived in an orphanage. Ultimately, Beth became a paralegal, but she spends a lot of her time at the end of the miniseries ensuring Beth doesn’t get too caught up in her new lifestyle of riches and fame.

“I feel like my job was to make her as full and as human as possible,” Ingram told The Washington Post. “Jolene is a supporting character, and I’m so glad that people love Jolene …. “And it’s, you know, it’s complicated because we do need more stories where people who look like me aren’t just supporting. But this was not that story.”

“They lead by example,” she told GamesRadar+ about working with Ewan McGregor and Hayden Christensen. “They’ve been doing this a really long time and are super gracious and have had feelings, and feelings change over the years, and I think that’s the main thing is that it’s a journey. And the way I feel about it today, I may not feel about it tomorrow. Or I will, and back and forth, and otherwise. I don’t know. But they’re really great humans.”
