The Busbys may be new to the reality TV scene, but fans have already fallen in love with Adam and Danielle Busby and their tales of raising quintuplets. The OutDaughtered couple have the first set of all-female quintuplets in the U.S. — and the fact that Danielle had an extremely difficult time conceiving for years makes their story all the more spectacular. And now that we’ve been watching the Busbys for four seasons, we’re all curious how old the littles ones are in the beginning of 2019. Here’s what we know about Adam and Danielle’s toddlers.

The Busby quints turned 3 in April 2018

It’s hard to believe the Busby quintuplets are already 3 years old. On Danielle’s It’s a Buzz World blog, she reminded us in April 2018 that she was celebrating the quints’ birthday — and at this point, they’re not too far off from turning 4. If you’re unfamiliar with the quints on an individual basis, Country Living reminds us their names are Olivia, Ava, Hazel, Parker, and Riley. While three of the sisters are fraternal, two of them, Olivia and Ava, are actually identical. And they were all born via C-section at 28 weeks back in 2015. Though they had to stay in the hospital for three months to fully develop, they seem to all be thriving now.

As for their third birthday, Danielle noted on the blog that the 3s were her and Adam’s favorite age, and she feels blessed to even be given the opportunity of raising her daughters. “Having five little babies born at 28 weeks and 2 days…to now witness them be three years old…it is just a pure miracle. We are so fortunate to see life be born so early, to successfully make it through 3 months in the NICU, to now be celebrating a third birthday,” she wrote.

Their oldest daughter, Blayke, is 7

With so many 3-year-olds, it’s easy to forget that the Busbys also have another daughter, Blayke. Blayke also turned 7 in April, Danielle wrote on her blog, and the mom is certainly proud of her little girl. “When she turned 4 years old, she was given one the biggest titles any little girl could hold. She became big sister to quintuplets! For how her world was changed drastically over night,” Danielle noted. She also added that she believes God gave Blayke quintuplet sisters on purpose because “He knew she could handle this life.”

There’s no doubt the quints look up to Blayke as well. The 7-year-old loves gymnastics, and Adam and Danielle noted on Instagram that the quints “want to follow right in her footsteps. They love their big sissy and always want to do everything that she does.”

Will Adam and Danielle consider having more kids?

Now that their babies are growing up fast, is it possible Adam and Danielle could go for more kids? Bustle notes that the couple hasn’t spoken about expanding their family of eight, and considering how difficult it was for Danielle to get pregnant, we’re doubtful they’ll go to any great lengths to have more kids. And while they seem like they have everything under control with their six children, they definitely have their hands full.

Bustle does note, however, that Adam has taken his little girls to the animal shelter before, so we wouldn’t be too surprised to see a new pet join the Busby household well before there’s any talk of a new baby. Danielle has also talked about the family dogs they’ve had in the past and how they easily became part of the family. Fans would certainly love to see the Busby quints get acquainted with a new furry friend.
